Didn’t wait in line very long and the staff were super friendly! Food stayed hot until I got home. Good portion for the price. My two year old loved the orange chicken so that’s a bonus. Staff was moving efficiently and floors were being mopped as people were walking in so snow/dirt wasn’t being tracked everywhere. I will be back next week and the week after and the one after that!

Much better decorated and way more spacious than most Pandas I’ve been to. The food was great Panda Express, no complaints. The staff was full of energy and seemed to be enjoying working there and the cashier gave both me and my girl a Panda keychain! We both love them!

There was a bit of a wait as they helped the family in front of us but they would check in with us and helped answer all of our allergy questions with care as we decided what to eat.
Food was delicious, we’ve been here numerous times since they opened. They get busy so sometimes there is quite a wait in line, however we’ve never had an issue with ordering ahead and picking it up on time.

I personally love panda express so this review might be a bit biased. This location opened recently and it’s now the closest one to me, before now the closest location to me was in Arden Hills or Brooklyn Park, which were unfortunately a bit out of the way for Panda.
When I walked in one of the employees held the door open for me while he was cleaning and did the same when I walked out. I came late when it wasn’t that busy but the staff were super friendly and helpful and made sure I got everything I needed. It can be hard to maintain that attitude with customers at a newly opened restaurant but they were on their game. The interior is nice and up to date, hard to believe this building used to be a White Castle.
I got a bigger plate with noodles, sesame chicken, orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp, as well as some cream cheese rangoons. They even made the rangoons fresh for me instead of giving me the last few old ones sitting in the pan. Everything was so delicious and I’m so glad that I have a Panda Express so close to me now because I will be coming back here a lot!

I had a plate with 2 entrees. Beef and shrimp and Beijing beef. The spice level in the the beef and shrimp was spicy but tolerable for my Minnesota palette. However, the Beijing beef was so spicy hot I was miserable for a half hour. Fried rice was just OK, (veggies had a nice snap) the rice itself isn’t really “fried” its white rice with veggies.

The atmosphere seemed fine, but I don’t know for sure, since I ordered takeout from the drive thru. The service was very slow. I actually put my car in park, I was waiting so long. After I got my food, I open the bag to find that they spilled some kind of sauce all over my food. It was spilled inside the bag, all over the container, and all over the outside of the small box that had extra chicken in it. I ordered white rice and broccoli, with the teriyaki grilled chicken. The chicken was absolutely disgusting. It was like rubber. I threw it away. I, for one, will never order from this place again. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I have been to this location about 6 times. The food and the counter service have been fantastic. Where I have experienced issues is in the dining area (front of house). The tables have always seemed to be clean (the colorful table top design help keep it clean looking (aka hides bits of left over food, etc.) But, each time I was there, the garbage cans have been overflowing. The napkins holder (all) have been empty. Beverage covers are empty for the small beverage cup size. A couple of times, the plastic silverware was completely out of forks. I have been to this location right before the Noon rush 11:15 am and the Dinner rush 4:50 pm. I would think that it would be standard operating procedure (SOP) to have someone check the front of house before each rush. Empty all trash bins, fill napkins, silverware, beverage lids, etc. It is hard to do that in the middle of a rush period. Especially, if customers have repeatedly told you of the issues. Easy fixes to make it a 10/10 restaurant!

We have not been to a fast food restaurant in years that is consistently that busy and so well ran. Everyone worked together very well a very nice greeting coming through the door. Bathrooms were spotless dining area very nice and clean. The food was good and fresh. The staff are very hardworking and I know this should be the norm right but let’s face it a busy store like that hard to do
