From the very first interaction, Alice proved to be nothing short of amazing. She was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful—listening closely to every detail of what we needed for our event. Communication was consistent and clear throughout the entire planning process. Alice checked in with us every week to ensure everything was on track for our big day.
This wasn’t just any event—it was our wedding, with 280 guests. On the day of, Alice went above and beyond: she personally called to confirm the order, ensured the food would be fresh and hot, and even made sure it was delivered on time to the venue, ready for our guests. Everything was executed flawlessly.
The food? Absolutely delicious. Generous portions, perfectly cooked, and more than enough to satisfy everyone. It was clear that great care went into the preparation.
We truly cannot say enough about Alice’s dedication, professionalism, and care. She helped make our wedding even more special, and for that, we are beyond grateful. Because of her, this Panda Express location earns a 10/10 in every category—food quality, customer service, and leadership.

Not the best Chinese food to ever exist, however for the price you pay and the portions you get, it’s an absolute bargain! My favourite is easily the chow mein with orange chicken and honey sesame chicken breast.
If you’re on a budget but also want to eat tasty takeout at the mall, then this is the place to go. Overall, 8/10.

I thought it was just rice, then tasted the noodles, nope, then the different chickens a they all were horrible bland and our soggy. They seriously need to fire whoever managing this store because it’s obvious the team here is breaking Panda Express standards.

Not impressed with this Panda Express Staff seemed put-upon and rude, like they were doing us a favor serving us. Heard them muttering under their breath and got zero friendliness with our order. Food was fine, but won’t be back for the attitude.

While visiting the mall, my friend and I decided to get some Panda Express. The portion size was INSANE! We both ate less than $30. Chicken teriyaki was fresh and the noodles were amazing! If you are thinking about trying this place, do it! 10/10 would recommend!

The Mall of America Panda Express uses different plates so you don’t get as much food as at a normal panda. It’s kinda annoying when you pay more but get less than you would at the Panda down the street by Target. But I guess that’s how it goes at the mall.
The food is good and employees seem decent. Can’t complain about that, but I’m docking a star for the plates they use to screw you out of an ounce or so of food. C’mon, don’t be so cheap.
