I spent $20 on a combo meal of orange chicken and a beef dish, with a soda to drink. Both items had obviously been sitting in a warmer,under a heat lamp, or in a hot well for hours. They were absolutely sub par, and if I were from corporate I would either consider sending a training staff, or just closing the location because this is not typical of the brand and is damaging the reputation of the brand. Just plain gross.

I wish we would have eaten here instead of the grill by the Renegade roller-coaster. We all got food poisoning from the cheese balls. They tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. Definitely not fresh. And now we are all sick.

While this Panda Express is a lot different from other locations (you have to pick a plate number and cannot make modifications), they still give you a decent amount for what you pay for. When I asked the cashier why they cannot modify the plates, the cashier told me they’re under Valleyfair’s management and they have to do what they’re told by the supervisors of the park. If I have to pick a plate when I come here again, I’d pick plate #3. Sweet fire chicken breast is so good with the perfect amount of kick, and it goes well with the orange chicken.
