Fried rice this last time was awful. Usually the food here is edible. This time it was hard to get down but I don’t like wasting food so I managed to eat it. I don’t know what happened. I knew I should have gotten the Lo Mein instead… that’ll teach me. My fortune tho felt nice because I needed a little sign I was making the right moves.

Great food as always but I ordered online and one of my “bigger plates” was missing orange chicken. I didnt notice it until I got home and by then they were closed. I know now to double check the order before i leave. Also, I didnt get any fortune cookies which are my kids favorite.

I was there today to get something to eat but Unfortunately Panda Express in west St. Paul has became a disappointment restaurant, even though the food still good, the service has declined, if you decided to go there and get some food unless it was ordered through an app you are invisible to them. And its not a matter to order ahead using an app or whatever, is a matter to offer a service and being capable of doing it, this is not the case in this panda, they are not capable to keep up with the both methods. Five people there ahead of me waiting for someone to pay attention to us but no one did, they looked at us and keep filling the internet orders.

I love Panda Express & this is probably my favorite location.
They have a really good system for serving people quickly.
The food is always hot & fresh. They use good quality meat & the food doesn’t make me bloated so that’s always a win with Chinese food.
The staff is always friendly & even when they’re busy you & get in & out within 5 minutes.
My favorites are the noodles, king Pau & spring rolls.

The store needs to know when to turn off their online orders. We arrived at 3PM with six people in front of us and it took 30 minutes… No exaggeration before we were walking out with our food because the workers were so busy with online orders

The food is good, the staff are not very friendly. When I got my order taken, even from when I walked in, not a single employee smiled or greeted me, from the one getting my food until the one at the register.

First time going to this particular location, but my teenagers LOVE Panda Express. For some reason this particular location chose not to fill our bowls. Won’t visit this location again if I can help it. I bought the food for someone else so I can’t comment on it’s taste.
