What a fantastic experience! My partner and I ate here yesterday. We haven’t eaten at this Panda Express, however I can say that we will definitely be back! The customer service was helpful, the interior design was contemporary and cleanly. They gave a large amount of food for each meal.

I a Shocked by the feel of this restaurant! Dipty, the manager, was absolutely phenomenal with both staff and patrons. She went and talked to each table when we were there and had friendly conversation with each. She also was the first one at the counter taking orders and working so well with her team. That is so rare to see. Oh, and the food was great. Highly recommend!

I always get kung pao chicken, it’s my favorite and I’ve had it at many different locations. This was my first time here, this kung Pao was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. This chillis are from one scoop of it. I’ve never had it this spicy.

I was skeptical at first but was in a hurry to pickup a quick dinner so I used the drive-thru. The food was fresh, hot and tasty and the service was friendly. I did have to wait five minutes but so what… you would wait the same in any restaurant and the food was worth it. My compliments.

However, I was surprised they made the to-go box smaller, so less food for the same price. Im not sure if this is a production issue from the supplier or panda express are reducing cost.

Tried a different location today to see if anything changed with the items I ordered. Had the plate entree with chow main, beef and broccoli and sweet ‘n spicy chicken. They were making the beef and broccoli entree so that was nice and hot.
The chow mein was not hot. It was room temperature. I wish they would check the temp of their products and the water under the pans to ensure it is hot to keep the food hot.
The one item that is never available on my last few visits was their signature teas. I have up drinking soda and sugary drinks so I was looking forward to having this brewed tea. At my dismay, they told me they didn’t have it. Why is it that they seem to never have this available?
My cashier was awesome because he knew I was on crutches and couldn’t walk and brought my tray out to my and got me a beverage as well. Even went back to grab me napkins. Now that is great customer service.

Overall this is a good place to eat. If you place a pick up order expect that you will need to wait a bit longer than your pick up time. Usually the food is really good and fresh. Employees are kind and were quick to help when my order was wrong. The location of the restaurant is really nice and the drive through is definitely a perk.

Ordered delivery through their app and upon receiving food found out they missed (2) entrees to one of the plates that was ordered. Called store and they said I would have to physically come to the store to pickup and a refund was against their policy. I’ve had wonderful experiences at other locations, however this fell very short. The manager was very kind in offering apologies, but quite disappointing a refund wasn’t offered for the food that wasn’t received.

I can’t believe i was so dumb to delete the pervious review for it that so horrible things. But anyway long story short is. they are changing me sppouse to be my birthday gift but anyway the guy he doesn’t seem remember what’s Promising to me anyway I was originally is happy but until the end I was not happy about it.
