Over an hour left open and I had to drive across town because they’re trying to close early and sent half a doordash order hoping id take a refund. Really had to stand here and wait for them to cook more food when I told them I was coming for my right order. Absolutely ridiculous and the shift leader Jocy took no accountability and fought with me through the entire process claiming to not be a manager.

We pulled in around 7:30pm tonight and a large coach bus was parked outside. The drive through line was nearly to the road and the inside line was out the front door. We almost didn’t stay but thought, we aren’t in a hurry, so we can wait. The line went amazingly fast!! The service was friendly and the food was hot, fresh and correct. They did an exceptional job in record time, especially due to the amount of customers present.

This location used to be really good, but it feels like every eight out of 10 times I get really dry yesterday’s orange chicken, I can usually put up with that that’s fine. It’s been under the heat lamp for a while. What makes me usually not go back to a restaurant or at least say screw them for quite a while is when you find hair mixed in with the food like physically battered in with it and when you pull up the piece, there’s pieces of chicken hanging through the hair like jewelry.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Panda Express. I ordered a plate with super greens, and I was told they’d be ready in about 10 minutes. However, I noticed the staff washing the walls and roof in the kitchen with soap, and then preparing the super greens in the same area. Unfortunately, the soap did get into the super greens, and when I started eating them, I could taste a strong soap flavor. Even after I stopped eating, the soapy taste lingered for 5 to 10 minutes. This is unacceptable, and I hope they improve their practices to ensure a cleaner and safer environment for everyone.

3 PM and they don’t even have fried rice or noodles ready. Main courses like honey walnut shrimp not ready. When shrimp is done it’s undercooked. Floors, tables filthy and garbage overflowing. Manager sitting at a table giving an interview while line is out the door for half hour or more. Worst Panda I’ve been to!

Panda Express in Janesville, Wisconsin is a decent place to go to. They are always busy which is a good sign. Even though I’m not a big fan of eating there. My son and my girlfriend love it and I have tried the food myself. The food is always good and for the price it’s not bad either

The wait for eating in is crazy, they push the drive through and online orders ahead of folks waiting in line. Need to improve on that. Not to mention because someone order ahead of us in line we had to wait for someone else’s food to finish cooking before they would check us out. Jocy needs to think on her feet and have the people ahead of us pay so we can move on. Housekeeping was poor as well. Trash full, dirty tables.

I went in this evening, through drive through, 02/11/25 for a buy one bowl get one free Reward & I could tell which bowl was the free one. I love Panda Express but why offer a reward if they’re only going to give me 5 little pieces of beef. The food tastes good but won’t be going to this location anymore because of their greed.

Waited legitimately 20 mins for our food in front of the drive thru line as instructed. When I finally decided to go inside the only person that cared was the gal with red hair. Everyone needs an evaluation asap lol. Management seemed non existent. People spend good money on this stuff maybe try fake like you care. I will choose to dine elsewhere going forward. Maybe this review can help others on the fence choose a more consistent restaurant

They have to do something better about their to go order process. I’m a delivery driver. Almost every time I go there to pick up an order, there are multiple people standing around in the lobby while 3 or 4 orders sit behind the counter getting cold. You could say “those might not be for those people.” They almost always are. I’ll stand there for 5/10 minutes staring at an order getting cold that’s mine.
