I had a very disappointing experience at Panda Express recently. While waiting in line, I watched the staff serve customers ahead of me with generous, nicely portioned plates. However, when it was my turn, I was given what looked like the scraps left at the bottom of the trays — noticeably smaller portions and barely any of the actual entrée items.
I politely asked if fresh items would be coming out soon, hoping to receive a portion similar to the customers before me. I was completely ignored. I then asked if I could pay extra to receive the same portion size as the people ahead of me, and again, I was ignored. No response, no explanation — just silence.
The lack of consistency and the dismissive customer service made the experience even worse than the small portions. It felt unfair and unprofessional. I understand that restaurants get busy, but acknowledging a customer and treating everyone equally should be basic service standards.
Overall, this was a really bad experience, and it left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope management takes customer service and portion consistency more seriously in the future.

I honestly don’t eat here often becasue it’s out of my way, but I love their food and I feel in control of what I’m eating. I love ask the vegetables and I can get brown rice. However, if I’m in the area and hungry, I head to the drive through and get the large super greens. It’s broccoli and cabbage and idk what else, but I love it. I love the seasoning and subtle garlic flavor. Last time I ordered 2. My dog and I sat in the parking lot and shared it. Absolutely love it. Try it. You never know if trying something new will lead to a life long love. ❤️

Waited over a half hour in store for orders that were put in almost 2 hours in advance online while they claimed they ran out of fried rice then watched them proceed to serve walk in customers for almost 10 minutes while I stood there waiting after the rice was brought out. I usually love Panda but this is hands down the worst experiences I’ve ever had picking up food for my office.

I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences here. The service manager seems unprepared and unsure of what he’s doing, and the wait for food is always far too long. Every time I come in, I end up frustrated. The front staff, however, is always friendly and professional my only real complaint is the management.

DO NOT ORDER the sliced grilled chicken teriyaki. In the picture on the menu board it looks like thin cut grilled chicken. Well it comes as all dark meat, chunks of it. Like it is not even cooked, the most disgusting thing i have ever tasted. It was fatty and rubbery!! If i can save someone else, this review is worth it! I go there all the time, and like the service. This is just for that one item, stay away!!

They were out of 9+ different items and their response was it will be ready in 5 minutes. How do two people prepare 9+ entrees in 5 minutes? The answer is they don’t. I am not a noodle person but I had no choice because there were no veggie greens prepared. And I always get chicken and green beans but not today because they were out of the menu option. It did make me order different things. The Chicken Sesame was good and the Shrimp?? was a little bit spicy but it was good also. The atmosphere needs a face-lift. It’s cold, sterile and uninviting to those who may want to eat in the dining area.
I am hoping that it was just an off day. I will visit the West Milwaukee location. They are always on point.

They have nothing in vegetarian menu not even veggies. In current scenario each and every restaurant is keeping vegan/vegetarian option and they had absolutely nothing for entree You have to eat plain rice or noodles. No protein option for vegan/vegetarian. They don’t even have stir fried veggies, only boiled broccoli. They need to upgrade the menu now

I ordered all teryaki plates and meals for 3 and all the chicken came to my house dry without sauce and we were given a single tiny pack of teryaki sauce for the biggest plate and another bowl! Crappy & unsatisfying dinner after a long workday. Not impressed.
