One of the better panda experiences, not sure who the manager was tonight but they deserve a raise. Hot fresh food and they were dropping the next batch immediately. Clean restrooms and clean fountain drink area. Set this location as your template for all locations

Its great if you eat earlier in the day, however if you come after 9 don’t expect anything to be fresh and don’t ask. I got to Panda Express at 9:20, the first 3 items I tried to order were out. Because I drove across town I settled for something completely different. It was cold. My husband got a bowl, 85% rice and 15% old orange chicken. Of course the were out of rangoons so I settled for spring rolls, also cold.
I am not sure why this location is open until 10. Nothing you order after 8:45 is fresh. About a month ago I got to Panda Express at 8:40 and they were out of Sweet Fire Chicken. We figured it was before 9 so they would prepare it fresh. They refused because it was close to 9. Remember that anything you get after 9:30 has already been sitting out for 45 minutes or longer Nothing is fresh but still charge fresh prices. The management is rude and refuse to make things right.
The Moline location closes at 9 however they will prepare anything fresh up until they close without rude remarks or acting like you are a the biggest inconvenience.

Fast, fair-ish price, employee was very polite. I just have a major problem with the orange chicken. I got home started eating and it didnt taste like the panda express orange chicken I was craving. Sure enough after doing research, they now use bagged sauce. Which a manager on an online forum said “smells like a truck stop bathroom”. No wonder it didnt taste very good. It’s going to be hard to want Panda Express if the orange chicken doesn’t get changed back to the original recipe

The new Panda Express Soft Opening was yesterday and I wanted to express my greatest gratitude to the amazing staff and management for doing an awesome job and giving my daughter an unforgettable experience.
As soon as we entered the establishment, we were warmly greeted by the staff. They were incredibly polite, professional and courteous. One of the staff members ended up gifting my daughter stuffed panda which she LOVES panda bears ☺️
Just as we were enjoying the delicious food, the life-size panda they had waving at customers outside, walked in and my daughter lit up with the biggest cheesy smile on her face . She got so excited she lost her shoe running over to him . We asked if she could take a picture and they agreed which made her even MORE excited .
All in all, it was a great experience and something you wouldn’t expect from a chain restaurant but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND we had nothing but good things to say.
Thank you so much and we wish you the absolute greatest success in Davenport, IA Panda Express. We will definitely be back for more!

I’ve come in multiple times around 9:00 PM, sometimes a little before and sometimes a little after. Every time I’ve come in around that time, they’re out of food, and the staff is usually very rude about it. I normally like to leave positive reviews, but this location has been consistently disappointing. When I went in last night, they didn’t even have rice, and it wasn’t even 9:00 yet. Very disappointing for a Panda Express.

The last two times I had to wait at least five minutes at the speaker just to place my drive thru order. Then after I paid I waited over fifteen minutes in a parking spot till an employee brought my order out. Tonight when I arrived home, one of my containers was missing an entire entrée. I won’t be going back. It’s sad because I love Panda Express but have never had such terrible service.

Delicious food for a great price & the staff is friendly & efficient. I think the mushroom chicken & chicken egg rolls are my current faves. The cream cheese blend in the rangoon is also tasty!

This was my first visit to a Panda Express in many years. This location is a newly opened store near my home. I was greeted very well, the staff seemed friendly and happy. It was a bit hard to hear our conversation while ordering, there was a lot of activity going on in the preparation areas. My meal was served hot. The portion was very adequate. The dining area was appealing in its appearance and cleanliness. I was present when an employee collected the trash and was pleased by the precautions he took to keep ‘trash’ gear away from the beverage station surfaces. Overall, it was a great, renewed first experience. I’d like to add my appreciation of the staff for a visit related aspect. I travel with a service animal (dog). She behaves as expected, largely due to her very extensive and continued training. Other than her presence, she draws no attention to herself, she quietly lays next to me while I eat. Thank you Panda Express for your accepting attitudes toward her too.
