I’ve worked in customer service for a long time. I’ve worked at multiple places that allow online orders. So I understand, there’s not really a guaranteed time for something to be ready. However, what is the point of placing my order online, waiting the 15 minutes it tells me to, heading to the restaurant, and the order hasn’t even been started? Mind you I live 3 minutes from the restaurant, so It wasnt a big deal to wait for the time given to pick up the order. What’s annoying, is that we get there and the order hasn’t even been started. After waiting for a little bit, they inform us that the entree we had ordered is out. This was about three hours before they closed. But whatever, we can just pick a different one, I don’t care that much. But it’s upsetting that, we continued to wait for our order which should’ve been ready 10 minutes ago now, and multiple people had come in and ordered and been served their food during that time. The food was fine, the associates were nice. Just maybe don’t give a time to pick up your order just for the person to have to wait another 20 minutes while watching other people order and get their food in seconds.

Good, but not great. I work nearby and come here fairly often; once every week or so. It’s ranged from amazing to subpar. The quantity, and therefore your money’s worth, will range from a good deal to not worth the cost. It seems to depend on who is serving your food. Sometimes, they are busy in the drive-thru and put the dine-in customers secondary to that, and you have to wait up to 5 mins to be serviced, and might get less food because they are rushing to fulfill the drive-thru orders as fast as possible. I tend to order whatever they have the most of and is the most-recently cooked, because there are times where I’ve gotten my favorites despite them clearly being made a long time ago and sitting around, and it’s made my stomach upset before. Price-wise, it’s not the worst for often-good Asian food and they tend to be better than Hy-Chi next door. While most Panda locations are hit or miss, I’d say this one hits more often than not.

They were out of walnut shrimp, and service was super slow. BUT – generous portions and good food.
It cost $16 for a plate with 2 entrees and I added the spring rolls. Those are my favorites. So crispy and good. Also had a small pop.

Received my order but when the employee handed my food to me, everything was all mixed in. Please be respectful & gentle when handing Paid for merchandise to the customer. The food was handed to me sideways.

When I walked I wasn’t acknowledged asked how can I help you or my ordered started I was confused so I walked to the register waited for 5 minutes before a man came up and asked me did I have a online order I look to the front where you start the order the same lady that had been standing there avoiding eye contact started helping a customer as soon as he walked in the door- very confusing frustrating and it hurt when I said somthing about it it was pushed off with no explanation and I was asked would I like to start my order… I left and wouldn’t come to this location at all

The food is always fantastic here however the service isn’t always the best we do online orders and then go pick it up and we always gave to stand there and wait for awhile for someone to help us while multi employees walk back and forth behind the counter and never check to see what we need. Last night we ordered and I ordered half chow mein and half rice but received only a full order of rice. We have also been shorted spring rolls before too

Absolutely HORRIBLE dried out food. Apparently there were 2 batches of honey sesame chicken. We ordered a large take out box of the entree and such a disappointment. Everything from 3/4 of the way down was old with 1/4 of the box on top new chicken. The green beans are so fried out they look like chili peppers. Visited on a Saturday night at Supper time. Don’t waste your time going to the panda on valley west drive unless you want old food. Chicken is so tough it’s like fried jerky. Tried to call the restaurant and no one answers the phone!

I tried calling 4 times before review. We always get beyond chicken when it’s available and normally the amount of food is good however this time they gave us half the food. Tried calling but no one answered. I need about half of my $36 back as you gave me half the food and no rice, all noodles. One was supposed to be with fried rice.
