Used all my dining dollars at this place because they make above average Panda Express. This place gets so busy around lunch, I would instead go around 2-4pm when they weren’t busy and food was always top notch. Plus the staff are super nice

I’ve been getting Panda Express at the memorial union for the past couple weeks because the food is so good, I always get white rice, orange chicken, cream cheese Rangoons and a coke. The people currently working there are so nice and they work well under pressure because the line does get really long. The prices are average for memorial union, that’s not really under their control. Good amount of food for the price, very large cups available and fortune cookie is a bonus! Would recommend

I was eating at Panda once or twice a week as its on campus. It’s never great, but its normally acceptable. Last week I found a piece of metal in my food after biting into it. Hopefully I didn’t swallow any. I immediately returned the food to the restaurant and asked for a refund and compensation for the troubles. They gave me only a refund and marked the reason as “food quality” not safety. Making a review with corporate didn’t go any better. There are many other options out there Panda will not be mine for a long time.

There is some serious issues keeping track of stock here. I get that most Pandas will typically be out of some items, but this place had no idea what was going on. Some items that were taped over on the menu I could see in stock in the display, and some items not taped over were actually out of stock. On top of that, they didn’t properly manage their white rice levels, and ran out when I was up to order, causing them to spend quite a bit of time to make and get more…

Normally I go to the Panda on Duff, today I decided to stop by this one since it was convenient on my way to class. Should have listened to my gut though and avoided it. I got a bowl with orange chicken and received about 8 pieces of chicken and rice half full. I was severely shocked since she even shook off chicken off the spoon. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one since it is on campus and isn’t worth waiting for half a portion.

Addie/Addy working was extremely rude. I got 4 pieces of chicken in a bowl that cost around $10. A friend was waiting with me for her own food, and another girl went up to the counter and took her food (not a problem about the place, but why wouldn’t the only person working say it wasn’t hers?) When I asked for a bag and lid for my food, the worker didn’t even hand them to me, just threw them on the counter and walked away. I get it’s operated by college kids or whatever, but the attitude from Addie/Addy was absolutely interoperable.

My actual score would be 3 1/2. I’ve been here multiple times and I can say tgat there are up sides and down sides. The good thing is that the food is always good. It’s amazing. The downside would be if they have the food you came for. Several times they didn’t have steamed rice. So much so that I stopped coming for a bit and went to a different one whenever my mom is in town. But since it is on campus, it makes sense. Today, I got the steamed rice and amazing food. I also got a drink and I have to say that the drink was the downside. I’ve onky ever gotten a drink here once before and I remember it being subpar. I am a huge fan of rootbeer. Not only did I dump the rootbeer cuz it was unusually light in color, i also ended up throwing away the whole cup of Dr. pepper. I didn’t have time to check it cuz I had a bus to catch, which I ended up missing, so I just trusted it would be okay. It was also low on syrup. I would say that the staff is friendly and the food is always amazing and you really just need to know the busy hours if you want to get through quickly. The only downside is something is always lacking/missing, rather it be the sides, entrees, or drinks. It’s because of this that I give it my rating.
