I, of course, came at rush hour and there were several cars ahead of me. Before I even ordered I was apologized to for the wait. Staff was very communicative on how long orders would be while ordering as well. As I went to pay I was apologized to again for the wait. Even with a small wait time, the acknowledgement from staff was refreshing and appreciated. The food was fresh and pf excellent quality. I really wish this location was closer to home so I could frequent it more often.

The food was great once we finally got our order. At the time of my visit it appeared that they were short-staffed, service was extremely slow drive-thru was not even open. Food prices are relatively reasonable.

Had to wait 20min for placing order (dine in), fried rice was very dry. When i asked about the delay they confessed that they do the online order first (so it should be put on the board so that people understand). I swear the outlet in the Memorial union at ISU are 100 times faster than these people.

First visit to this location. Meh. It was okay, the store is nice, and the staff is friendly, the food was okay, but they were fairly busy with people moving back for school. The beef was Angus Beef, and the Chicken was suppose to be spicey, and wasnt. Maybe try again when its less busy

I ordered a pickup order from the app. It was ready quickly. I got beef and broccoli, it was mostly all broccoli with about 6 tiny pieces of meat. The orange chicken portion of big plate i ordered they were super stingy with the portion. Won’t be coming to this location again.

Had to wait a bit for fresh food, but the wait was worth it – felt like the staff made up for it with generous portions of fresh, tasty food. Maybe not the best Chinese you’ll ever eat, but definitely good.

I have to leave a one star review because my in store service was appalling. My husband and I went inside to order some food and my husband had a hard time understanding the lady taking our order. We wanted double meats and double noodles just as we order online. We in fact get three servings of plant based meat and one side of chow mein or fried rice. The plat proportion size in the store was significantly disproportionate from the size we get online nor did we get the option to double up on anything. I paid for a bigger plate and got a plate. Also when my husband couldn’t understand the lady taking our order he went to an employee he thought would be able to speak English as he had previously heard him speak clearly and he wanted to avoid misunderstandings. As my husband was asking the man about the bigger plate issue we were having another man proceeded to interpret them and give him an answer again he could not understand I couldn’t even hear the man and I was standing next to them. My husband said he didn’t come over to the counter to not be able to understand another accent and the employee took offense to this and started saying it was discrimination against him and that he does not tolerate it. It is not discrimination to ask someone else to explain something to you in a language or tonality they can understand. We will not be coming into Panda any longer.
