I found a giant black hair in my food. Order number 41137959021395976. At 1252pm on Jan 23 2026. Food was great until I found the hair. Really made me feel sick. The root was on the hair still. Gross. Also they didnt include the teriyaki sauce packets. When you ouck up the takeout the bag is tied up tight, so you assume its all there, That alone (no sauce) would make someone upset, when all they had was the teriyaki chicken. But the long black hair. Really?

The guy working the window last night was rude as hell. I will never understand why people work customer service job’s they clearly shouldn’t be. The food was decent but portions were very small compared to normal

The sad thing is, this was my first time trying Panda Express. My work is right next door and my boyfriend i decided to go here for the new years eve. I thought the food was amazing, the noodles were dried and had no flavor, but rice was good, the meat was good, too. I was hoping to try, again. Next day, today. Thursday January 1, 2026. I noticed I was feeling super unwell, and I hadn’t ate anything prior the only thing we ate was panda express. My boyfriend and I both got sick quickly. I was the first one showing signs. We ended up getting food poisoning from here. That really sucks. I know I will never try from here, again. I’m assuming someone may have been sick yesterday, but please don’t come to work knowing you’re sick. I work in a restaurant and I knew to call in as I was not feeling well. Hope this place gets an inspector immediately.

Our family of 4 has ordered to-go from this location a handful of times and the experience is usually perfect or missing some items. It is a fave of the 8 year old so we won’t stop giving it a shot.
Family meal deal works best for us and the way they package it is ideal. Everything we need and labeled in one box. Pick up is easily accessible near the order queue. All in all, if you get what you order it’s delicious. Website is incredibly easy which is always a Bonus.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Panda Express. The employee named Anna completely messed up our entire order, then made us wait an extremely long time for food that was still wrong.
Instead of fixing the mistake or apologizing, she was rude, dismissive, and outright disrespectful. What made it even worse was that she embarrassed us in front of other customers, acting like the mistake was somehow our fault.
The lack of professionalism was shocking. Slow service, incorrect food, and humiliating behavior is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

When a food place closes at 10, that means the kitchen closes at 10, not 9:35. If you want to turn customers away because you have no food and are lazy, don’t work in the food business. I’ve worked at restaurants and in fast food. The kitchen closes when the establishment closes, and then you close the kitchen and clean up. Shear laziness closes the lobby at 9 and the kitchen almost 30 minutes before close. I’ve worked 2 hrs past close to keep the kitchen open then clean up. Then they tried to offer us a 10% discount on egg rolls because they had no food left. Go ahead and waste it/throw it away because 10% on an egg roll that’s going in the trash is ridiculous. Such a waste of time trying to get dinner on the way home I will never be at this location again. Lazy employees will cost the establishment money.

I was hoping for so much more….i got the large meal with lo mein, honey shrimp and mushroom chicken. I got the sweet and sour with plain rice for my daughter. I also got crab rangoons and an egg roll. So, my daughter’s rice was not fully cooked
and neither were my lo mein noodles. They forgot my sauces. The “fruit salad” in the kids meal was dehydrated prepackaged apple chips. The main entrees weren’t bad, the egg roll was the best part and the crab rangoons were mid. They gave up fortune cookies but to no fault of theirs mine didn’t contain a fortune. I ordered online and picked up and they seemed confused when I arrived as to what I ordered. Overall, not the best experience. Not sure I’ll go back. Maybe if I’m really wanting drive thru Chinese food.

Service is beyond incredible! Super friendly and enthusiastic from the food ordering, cooks to cashiers! We return for the service alone the food is very great too but the customer service is unmatched! (Night shift staff before close specifically) but daytime is nice as well

This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. The food is fantastic and they give you huge portions- for $10 I can get a plate which has two entrees and a large side. I easily turn it into two meals. It’s an excellent price and value and the food is delicious!

1st time at a Panda Xpress NOT in a mall. Went inside. Had a large order so it made sense. Had to wait for a couple of entrées & sides, no biggie (super greens, sesame chx and beef & broccoli. It was a mess when receiving food so two team members wanted to make sure we didn’t leave w/o anything, even after I stopped a young lady from under charging me. Got home and the chx egg rolls were a tad burnt and the beef & broccoli had zero beef [almost]. See pics.
It wasn’t a terrible experience. I digress, they tried.
