Fast pace, LEDs everywhere, where the chopsticks are wood and the forks are plastic, not also wooden. Looks just like every other Panda Express I’ve been too. It has okay food my broccoli was not steamed making it extra crunchy. Great people very polite.
The pricing is not bad. Just I’m not an expert by any stretch, something, tells me it’s as authentic as Taco Bell.

Ordered their Orange Chicken and Crispy Shrimp & Beef with Fries Rice, and a side of Crab Regions.
The fried rice was extremely bland, just plain rice with some peas & carrot pieces (the only color on the rice came from additional soy sauce I added). The Orange Chicken was acceptable, the Crispy shrimp only tasted like fried bread and the beef was tough as jerky.
Then the crab ragoon was either burnt, raw, or missing the crab filling, it was a sampler of FAIL!

Ordered here the green beans and chicken and they gave me no meat, called in told can’t normally replace without receipt but they would, he stated he wasn’t a manager but next thing to. Said he wrote my name down. Go in lady states she’s the manager and she isn’t allowing it. Make sure to get your receipt, they won’t take the transaction off phone for debit transactions. Horrible customer service.

Literally terrible. I paid over $20 for a large serving of the walnut shrimp and received the smallest amount I’ve ever received ever. This was so disappointing since it was the last thing needed to wrap up my family’s meal. I want a refund this wasn’t worth $4 much less $23.43

I didn’t eat but I was picking up an order for someone and Audrey a young girl with glasses needs a raise. She doesn’t stop moving and she keeps a smile on her face!!! She is so sweet and a real customer service representative!! There should be more people like her!!!

My coworkers and I get panda 2-3 a week for lunch and has always been good until today. We were met at the counter by a gentleman and I just said the phone number on the order as we do every other time, I was cut off and he said “I don’t care about that I need actual proof” so I pulled up the email showing that my order was ready for pickup and that wasn’t good enough. So I opened the app and showed him the order and everything… still not good enough for him and he kept being super rude. I asked for a manager and he just said take it!!!! Then tossed the food on the counter as it almost fell off the other side onto the ground. Very unprofessional and somthing needs to be done about this.

Food was so DRY. Even the crab ragoon was stuck together. Noodles was so dry they were stuck together and the chicken was nasty. Didn’t even wat it. It was during my lunch so I couldn’t go back to get a refund but I won’t be back.

First of all, I posted a review when they first opened and it got deleted. Second, when they first opened, the food was good. ( I order from here often ) now it isn’t the same. They always gave me sweet & sour sauce when it states clearly on my order that I want soy sauce. But today, I ordered 2 orders of spring rolls. When I picked it up and got to my destination to eat there was only 1 order. Went back and the guy at the register tried to tell me there was only 1 order until he looked closer at the receipt, then said sorry and gave me my second order. They didn’t taste very good. It’s not as good as it was and my order is hardly ever right.
I’m not sure I’ll ever order from here again.

Went to the Panda express at 5:50 pm to place a Take out order. The first order was a small white rice with broccoli. I was informed they had no white rice. That’s like McDonald’s has no frys. I left without placing the other orders

I had such a great experience at Panda Express today! I ordered the Super Greens and had to wait just a few minutes, which didn’t bother me at all. While I waited, Jaime’s offered me a beverage, which was such a thoughtful touch. When he brought out my meal, he even added two apple crisps in the bag for my kids. That kind of kindness and attention to detail really stood out. Jaime was awesome…friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel above and beyond. Thank you, Panda Express, for having such great customer service!
