Great food with great service!

Arrived 50 minutes before closing and ordered for dine in. I was greeted in a professional manner.

The items available were limited due to the time of day. I was able to order Orange Chicken, Teriyaki Grilled Chicken, with White Rice. All of the food was hot and tasted great!

The dining room was clean and free of trash and debris. There was an employee cleaning the dining room while I was eating. The drink station was clean and well organized.

I can highly recommend this location to anyone who loves great food and service!

Best Panda Express I’ve been to! The staff are always friendly and fast. Great decorations, clean bathrooms, and an awesome mural when you first walk in. Loved the Chinese music playing when we got there. The new spicy orange chicken is so good and the super greens do not disappoint!

I have been going to this location for a while pretty much since they opened the portions used to be a lot bigger and better but now it seems like you’re getting more broccoli than you are beef it seems like you’re getting a decent amount of orange chicken but then when you buy other foods like the sesame seed chicken you’re getting more of the vegetables that are in it then you are actually meat because I guess vegetables are cheaper than the meat so they bring their costs down even the carry-out containers are smaller significantly smaller so of course you make the carry-out containers smaller you can’t put the same amount of food that you used to put in there the manager on the phone just told me that it’s the new people that weren’t trained properly but that’s my fault I’m paying the same amount of money to get 12 pieces of broccoli and three pieces of steak that doesn’t sound right to me you look at the picture and you tell me

I’m leaving a nice review because despite our (admittedly large) order running late, the dude working his butt off to finish our order was insanely polite, thorough, and you could tell he cared. The store was clean, the order was accurate, and the food was good. I wholeheartedly admit I was frustrated by the end of waiting because we couldn’t confirm it was my order… But he was polite to the very end. I know he probably won’t see this but I’m sorry I was so abrupt at the end of trying to sort it out. That entire order was so frustrating. I told my Mom NOT to place such large orders in the future and to make sure her phone number matches so the people working there don’t have to deal with my grumpy butt (yes, the confirmation was indeed her typo ‍♀️).
Moral of the story: The folks at this store are doing their best.

Panda Express: A Masterclass in Mismanagement and Culinary Misery
My recent Panda Express visit was a disaster. Four people ahead of us became a 30-minute wait because they prioritized online orders over in-store customers. The kitchen was chaotic, constantly out of items.
When they finally took our order, they wrote it down, then walked away. Others behind us were served, skipping us entirely, twice. Our order, once filled, had wrong ingredients. We didn’t bother complaining; they seemed utterly lost.
The food itself was disgusting. Cold, bland, mostly sugar-coated dry meat and overcooked rice. “Mushroom chicken” and “Kung Pao chicken” tasted identical, save for a few chilis. “Beijing beef” and “orange chicken” were pure sugar bombs. Only the broccoli beef was remotely edible.
The aftermath was worse: my gut felt terrible, leaving me nauseous and sick until midday the next day. It’s baffling how a franchise serving such garbage survives.

We went through the drive thru tonight not knowing what we wanted, and had Brandon S take our order. He was so patient with us, Brandon just seems like a joyful kid, and made our visit very pleasant, made sure we got the sauces that we needed. Food is always good.

We got the family meal, it was hot, fresh and delicious! The girl in the drive thru Kathryn is always so helpful and nice! I love it when we get her! We got the orange chicken for the kids, teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken, chow mein and rice, with a side of cheese rangoons and spring rolls. Thank you for all the flavorful sauce packets (soy sauce, chili sauce, sweet and sour) and fortune cookies for a little sweet dessert! What more can I say? Good food, great variety, and excellent customer service. 5 stars all the way!

I’ve been there 3 times for Orange Chicken. It is not like other locations. It tasted very different, like it had way too much vinegar in it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt by going back a couple times, but it was still the same. I won’t be going back to this location. It is much better in Brighton. Also, the bench seating is super hard.

I understand that I got a bowl. But seriously? That’s not even a full scoop of walnut shrimp.

Came in 2 hours before they closed (so i understand I won’t be receiving the freshest of food) and upon returning home to eat my food I open it to find the chow mein to be essentially ramen with the amount of oil that filled the bottom. That wasn’t an issue for me because im not one to complain. I just closed it up and tossed it. What bothers me is the fact that I received food poisoning from the few bites that I did have. Since 12am I’ve been continuously sick and unable to keep down even water. That’s just not okay , I don’t want anything in return done or my money back but I would like for the manager to train the employees a bit better with health and safety when it comes to food. Maybe it’s because im from Canada and maybe standards are higher but to be comfortable serving a costumer food which has clearly gone bad is unacceptable anywhere in my opinion
