Food was bland and all taste the same and weird spices. Didn’t taste like chinese. Took a taste of each item through the rest out. Atmosphere was rushed And inpatient. Server was rude.

I will never return to the Panda Express in Midland. The way I was treated was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a plate with double rice, one teriyaki entrée, and another rice as the second entrée. My receipt clearly reflected that. When I got the food something smelled off and inside I found teriyaki, only one scoop of rice, plus broccoli and some greens I never ordered.

I went back immediately and at the window spoke with the manager (thats who was there i didn’t ask for her). She claimed she “heard” someone ask if I wanted super greens. I told her I never ordered that and it wasn’t listed on my receipt. She then called out to an employee to confirm and laughed as she offered me a side of rice, even though my order was clearly incorrect. I was missing more than just one portion, and considering I paid over $10, I expected the order to be made correctly—or at the very least, to be treated with respect.

When I asked for a refund instead, I was told they could remake it or offer a free plate next time. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable accepting food from people who were openly laughing at me. Another manager told me I’d need to contact Panda Cares for a refund because they “couldn’t do anything” at the store. But said it’s not guaranteed I’d get a refund because they offered to remake it. I explained again that I was being disrespected and didn’t feel comfortable to continue to do business there. He refused to issue a refund, handed me a phone number, and when I said I wasn’t leaving until this was resolved, he asked if the police should be called.

The situation made me incredibly uncomfortable. I didn’t cause a scene—I even asked for my receipt back, but they wouldn’t reopen the window, treating me like I was causing trouble.

I didn’t get what I paid for, I was laughed at, and I was dismissed when I asked for fair treatment. That’s why I will never go back. The level of unprofessionalism was beyond disappointing. I offered to throw the food away in front of them for a refund. Denied. It’s crazy honestly.

Food is always good when I go here and decent price. My only one tiny complaint is that the broccoli in the beef and broccoli needs to be cooked a little longer.

Other people might have bad experiences. But I have not. I get the same thing everytime. The bowl with rice and honey walnut shrimp. I didn’t even know honey walnut shrimp was a thing until this place. It’s always so good. And customer service is always great!

Great Chinese food in a clean atmosphere that is great for the whole family. They have a wide variety of choices. Good selection for those who are vegetarian and others who ate looking for lower calorie options. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff.

It seems a lot of places have forgotten the importance of customer service, but not Midland’s Panda Express. Sandy, the manager, is top notch, and it shows by the great job everyone does there.

Should be 0 stars. I barely got any entrees, a way smaller portion than the usual. I asked for fried rice, got chow mein, and the new worker hit me with a half-hearted ‘SORRY!’ like that magically fixes missing entrees. Barely removed the noodles, slapped the rice on top, and acted like feeding humans is optional—maybe go back to school, a nursing home, anywhere that doesn’t involve a kitchen. I should’ve left and gone through the drive-thru, but let’s be honest—they’d still mess it up. Panda Express, this is chaos, zero skill, zero respect. Top G standards? Obliterated. Absolute embarrassment.

Food is okay, but always cold when I get takeout. I rate Panda Express 2 stars because a teriyaki bowl with white rice is 9.33? Come on, it’s a half a cup of rice and a chicken thigh. Overpriced and I won’t be going back.

Very disappointing and a huge ($45) Waste of money & time. I made the mistake of dismissing the numerous poor reviews & low rating because we wanted Chinese for dinner tonight. Just look at the egg rolls. So unappetizing we didn’t even eat them. So we not only threw away $45 but also our dinner tonight. “Fried rice” was completely bland & disappointing. Lo mein noodles were very starchy. Broccoli was mostly huge, hard stems, tiny broccoli heads & beef was fatty & chewy. Teriyaki chicken was also very fatty. Chili peppers in General Tso were overwhelming but the only thing we enjoyed was the zucchini & peppers in that dish. Do not make the same mistake.

Just got some Honey Sesame Chicken for dinner. The chicken hardly had any honey or sesame on it and it’s hard as a rock. It also had almost no vegetables. My guess is it’s been sitting out since lunch. Come on Panda Express, you can do better than this. This has happened to me more than once at this location. Get better.
