Look I get shit gets busy… but I had to literally stand in front of the register for 25 minutes while people.in line behind me got their food. I had already paid… my partner got her bowl and went to eat alone waiting for me… did not include the fortune cookies… they tried to ring me up again I waited so long for one plate orange and chow mein… watched the exact same order get fullfilled for 20 other people before I could get mine… my partners food got cold and sucked. Now she’s watching me eat… while she has nothing… yall cant run a wheel or what? I’m an Executive Chef. This is an A+ systems failure. I’ll never return. This place is inconsistent at best. Ps… if that gentleman running the wok wants a real job… Holler dude… youre quick with it. Otherwise…though… I wont be returning. Ate here a bunch but its never consistent and this experience was the last straw. Its incomprehensible that you’d feed one and make the other wait… if I did that I’d be fired. You should be too.

Food was good, chow mein noodles a little dry but overall good food. The best part of the brunch we had came from the service. Telesha was very helpful, kind and very pleasant with everyone she interacted with while we were dining in.

Placed an order through the app. Said it would be ready at 9:15 and wasn’t ready until almost 10. Ordered 6 piece egg rolls and only came with 5. Ordered the bigger plates should come with 3 entrees and only received 2. By the time I get home the restaurant is closed and I’m SOL. Last time I ordered I was missing all the entrees and only received fried rice. I’m done with giving my business. Thanks for nothing Panda Express.

Came in around 6:15pm to get dinner there were about 4 people in front of me. The staff only was catering to online orders, door dash and the drive thru. I waited inline for 30 minutes, jihanna just said please be patient, thanks for your patience. I left without purchasing my food and wont be back. I am a regular customer. There was a 20 person line by the time i left at 6:50 and i was 3 people away from the register and paying.

I ordered a delivery and forgot an item. They would not pick up the phone so I could add or cancel. But I’m glad because their egg rolls were just plain disgusting! Everything else was OK and edible, but the egg rolls left a pungent after taste after eating just one bite.

Ordered ahead on New Year’s Day for dinner not even thinking about how slammed it would be. It was almost an hour wait with the holiday dinner rush lines. That entire time in all the chaos I watches the staff be nothing but positive. No attitudes – just professionalism and teamwork. I was insanely impressed! And the food was great! Thank you guys!!

Bro went in today, 7-29-2025 around 12:30 pm and broooo lemme telll youuu… That chow mien and walnut shrimp was bussssss like who ever made it needa continue making it, give them that raise bc every other time I went the chow mien was dry or never consistent but maaaaannnn today i chowed downnnnn. Great food, excellent service, they’re fast, friendly, and accurate. I get catering from the Miller Road location a lot for my job and they have always gotten the order right, and on time. They go above and beyond by making sure you have all the seasoning packs and fortune cookies you need for a crowd as well. Fina was friendly and helpful during my last visit. Thank you for being dependable and delicious, we’ll keep coming back!!

I need to give the biggest shout out to Jhania and her team here! I don’t even live in Michigan, but some horrible person hacked my app and ordered food. I was able to get ahold of these guys right away and they were so patient and helpful getting the order cancelled. It was a terrifying experience made 100% better thanks to kind workers like this. Seriously you guys are the best, not just at the restaurant, you change lives all over! Thank you so much!
