Service isn’t the best. However the orange chicken is delicious. Stick with the orange chicken if you eat here and you will be satisfied.

This location seemed closed for the summer months. They should update their hours.
Update: July 31st Wednesday 12:41pm
Definitely closed for the summer months.

Broccoli beef and noodles was borderline impossible to eat.

Noodles were not fully cooked and the broccoli had a cheesy smell and taste.

And then that was 9$

I usually enjoy my Panda Express experience here at Wayne State. It sure beats their neighbors (T-Bell) who ruthlessly gut you for every nickel and dime you have. Today I was different. The portion size of the single entrée I received was horribly underwhelming. I expressed my concern of the scarce authentic orange chicken to the worker. She had no remorse. Maybe you need to cut back on chicken usage. Fine. But at least use more rice. You’ll give out free samples all day, but here I am with my half full bowl. I’ll update my review later if my experience improves.

UPDATE: I have given this establishment another chance and it seems as if they are back on track. I suppose it all depends on the person serving you. Thanks.

Their food is good but a bit on the pricey end especially for it being a college campus food place. I do not like their manager one bit. She is rude and talks down to her employees. She was also very rude to the customers and talks down to them as well. She should reevaluate her managing style and maybe try conversation instead of yelling at her employees in front of customers. The employees are very kind and work fast, they deserve a better leader.

The food was good but the girl cashier was very rude. She wasn’t pleasant when I cashed out but when I asked her for a refill on my water she was extremely rude. She should not be working there. If I was Panda Express I would not want her representing my brand. She cashierd at lunch on 11-18-19.

Good food, Fast service. I had the 2 entree dish with sweet and sour chicken and honey sesame chicken. Both were delicious, they even let me sample the honey walnut shrimp. the price point is just fine with other chinese restaurants.

Lunch time is busy so avoid it if you can if you are pressed for time. I like the sobe drinks and its one of the few restaurants that offer it.

If your going to panda you gotta get the orange chicken or broccoli beef, or both. The food here is amazing and honestly not as bad for you as other fast food places are. I love panda Express, definitely would highly recommend

Staff and manager needs customer service training along with learning how to smile and greet someone when they come into the restaurant. The representation of this location is horrible. If you don’t like your job QUIT….It’s that simple!!

Unfortunately, I have to make sure I get to this Panda Express _completely_ depending on who specifically is distributing the food. If it’s the manager, or one of the true employees, and _not_ another student, I’m cool. My metabolism is savage and I cannot with the childlike portions usually given. My usual is Beijing Beef+Sweetfire Chicken. *However*, at an actual P.A., there are many other menu items I order, such as the Honey Sesame (❤️ ). As multiple people have said, the Orange Chicken is popular (unfortunately I’ve exasperated it and will usually wait for one of my preferences). The manager is extremely nice and the way she addresses her managers is aggressive, but not offensive like many reviews before me seem to assume. I’m a bit surprised that others have come and have complaints about cold food as we have an accessible factory-grade microwave in the same building and even with that, I’ve never had to use it. Thus, the lack of full menu and fact that 3 out of the 10+ employees _actually_ know how to give food out takes two stars.
