Store opens at 10am and the doors were still locked at 10:11am. We called the store asking why it was opened and they answered saying they got a late start saying it was gonna be an extra 25 minute wait. The workers saw us standing outside in the cold and they still didn’t unlock the door to let us in.

I travel a lot, literally. The customer service at this location has actually been the best thus far !! I went in before closing last night, and the order was absolutely great. Very nice portions and the staff was fantastic… even at the close of business night !! Meaning they didn’t rush me, but took their time and listened to the customer… which shows their decorum. I will be a frequent customer at this establishment from now on!!

Visiting from Ohio. This is the first time I’ve had Panda Express. Absolutely delicious! I had orange chicken – was not soggy like I’m used to. Very crispy and fresh chicken! I also had the honey walnut shrimp – divine! I could not get enough! I had a side of lo mein noodles. Also fantastic – great flavor. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and prompt. Awesome experience.

Good Chinese fast food. We love the Sesame Chicken and noodles. Spring rolls are nice and crispy. By ordering a plate, we end up with a double order which leaves a lot left over for a second meal. We always enjoy going here

Came in Saturday for lunch and ordered chicken fried rice. The lady kindly explained that they don’t serve it like that. She quickly offered instead that I create a bowl or order a la cart. I ordered the orange chicken and fried rice bowl. Delicious ! And she even asked me if I had enough sauce. Great customer service. Great food. I will be back! Thank you Gabriella F!

Orange chicken was very good. Beijing beef- sweet and spicy ,honey walnut shrimp just simply amazing. We ordered to-go, 10 minutes drive to the house, food was still fresh and hot. I was not a big fan of noodles but everything else was good.

The worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. Food portions were smaller than ever. Service was terrible. The server did everything she could to discourage us from dining it at 8:40pm. They would not prepare any additional food. I asked for a sample and she declined, citing no samples post COVID. Simultaneously, the male employee came up and grabbed a sample right in front of us and ate it.

These guys even hooked me up with a fresh order without me even asking since the serving I got was a little old.
Not to mention the dining room was very clean and well stocked

I had an order with Lo main on it and I was disappointed when I received it there was barley any noodles at all in it, it’s all the extra vegetables that no one want. Instead of asking me to wait for a fresh batch they gave me crumbs.

I’m visiting from the UK and was really looking forward to trying Panda Express for the first time. Sadly, the experience was far from what I expected.
On July 10, 2025, around 7 PM, we came in with our local friend who recommended the place. They were out of fried rice at the time, so we agreed to wait for the fresh batch. Once it was ready, we noticed that other customers were being served ahead of us—even though we had been waiting the longest.
When we asked politely about our food, the staff member, LJ, was dismissive and continued to ignore us. It was embarrassing and frustrating, especially as first-time visitors. It felt like we weren’t being treated equally or respectfully.
In the end, our friend had to ask for a refund, and we left without eating. First impressions matter, and this one left a really negative taste. We hope the staff here are trained to treat all customers with the courtesy and fairness they deserve.
