Rana the manager was rude and food was not correct tasted horrible nothing fixed it was all bad never going to this Panda Express. She’s unprofessional flirting with married men and taking their business cards. I would say get better help and better quality help. This isn’t a place to solicit yourself. Beware of this place and manager Rena she’s opposite of pleasant also she leaves at the busy time and it’s like talking to a wall she doesn’t understand my complaint. Huge language barrier and can’t fix the issue because of it unfortunately. Maybe corporate or general managers or owner should help. She was quick to leave again with no resolution! Please fix this and the food and it’ll be a better review.

Ordered a plate with 2 orange chicken and fried rice and a large side order of fried rice repeated what I wanted 3 times get home which is 30 mins away only stopped at this location cause its on my way home from work to no large order of fried rice they gave me and charged me for cheese rangoons and that’s not what I ordered my fault for not checking but there was cars behind me and was rushed by employee. So disappointed and not driving 30 mins back to get it fixed shouldn’t have to thought should be able to count on getting what i ordered!

Tall light skin guy with glasses (had black hoodie on covering his uniform so idk his name) yells at me as soon as I walk through the door and says the lobby is closed (all lights on, door unlocked, no visible sign saying lobby closed, how would I know?) I explain to him that I have a DoorDash order and he says he’ll just bring it out to me. 15 mins go buy and he never comes out. I have to call the store and a different guy tells me come to the drive thru for the persons order that was supposed to be ready like 20 mins ago. I have to assume he did that on purpose because his rude demeanor from the beginning. I completely get being frustrated after a long day at working, but taking it out on someone trying to make a living as well and did absolutely nothing to you isn’t right

It’s a panda express, but it’s often not very express, and as of late it’s a bit like gambling. You see the menu, outdated on the occasion, you see what you want, and you ask the teller for the odds of getting it, put your order in and pray that what you want for dinner is what come sout the other end. You roll up to the window like pulling a slot machine, you pay them for the food only to realize that what you got is a bit lighter or heavier.
You ask for a plate of double orange and chowmeinnyou get a bowl of 1/2 orange and chowmein, you ask for a bowl you get a plate of double the meat and the veg. You ask for a drink maybe it’s sized bigger or smaller or just right.
What I’m saying is that this location is good if you like to gamble don’t expect to get what you ordered but it will be some sorta fast food when you get it.

No wonder this place has a 3 star rating. Rana is the worst manager I’ve ever had the horror of dealing with. She’s rude and disrespectful. Another review from two months ago talks about how rude she was as well. I came in to pick up a DoorDash. It was busy, I waited a few minutes but had to use the restroom so went to do so. I came back, waited a few more minutes. Rana came out from the kitchen, walked past me and went and stir some food on the line. Eventually came back over to me and asked what I was waiting for and I said the order name. She picked it up and rudely said “confirm it”. I then said…I don’t think you need to be so rude to me when I’ve just had to wait five minutes to be acknowledged. She got so angry, called me a liar, said I hadn’t been waiting that long and told me to just leave and go do my job. She asked other customers how long I’d been waiting for and they looked shocked, to say the least. I asked her to have a conversation about why she was treating me like dirt and she just shouted at me to leave. I told her I’ve been coming to this location as a customer and doordasher for two years and never been treated like this. This lady been here for a month and a half. How professional.

The food was fresh, hot and the servers gave decent portions. The staff were courteous and personable as well. Much better food then on Middlebelt and 96! UPDATE: Attempted to order 2 meal plate this afternoon and they hardly put any food on plate. She explained only one scoop per item and additional $1.50 for another scoop. There was hardly any meat only vegetables on my plate. Very frustrated and left the food there. Very dissatisfied and I have been here a couple of times. Employee stated they changed rules. Food not good enough for price and then quantity decrease.

They’re almost always out of something, but today I had to go through 3 back-and-forths before they said something was actually in stock. Typically they’d mark it on the menu outside in the drive through, but instead is taking extra time for every person in the drive though to do this disappointing exchange. They say that they’re out of the mixed vegetables 50% of the time, even if I show up 2hrs before closing, and today they only gave me what looked to be a 1/4 serving of one of my entrees. I’m usually pretty happy with Panda Express, but this location is just consistently disappointing. They need to learn from the store in Troy on Rochester Rd.
