Drive thru cashier was very nice, Got pulled up. Waited 10 minutes for two bowls at noon. When we got our food it was not what I had ordered. Beef was severely undercooked. Not worth the $ at this location.

Went last night for cream cheese ragoons , they’re was a young man taking our order and he had said the only had 1 order left , while we were trying to order and ambulance & fire truck went by so we were having a hard time hearing them , a female named emily got on the speaker and said we could wait for them to make more and then the girl ordering didn’t hear here so she had asked again and emily lied and said they had no more because she was getting frustrated with us not hearing one another , so we just got the one order , I knew she wasn’t being exactly honest with us. So I went online and placed a mobile order for 12 of them ( when they said they had none left and did not get more till tomorrow) they made my order and locked the doors at 9:30 so we had to pick up through drive through , so I asked for a manager or supervisor, they told me no one was in and to just “google it “. Honestly this is the best panda around, I’m really happy to say that they almost never mess my order up. Tonight I had a minor complication with it for the first time in a long time.. The manager there 3/26/25 at approximately 8:30 p.m handled fixing the order in the most appropriate way. I appreciate it very much. Thank you for the best panda I’ve had in a minute

We ordered via the drive thru. Orange chicken, Kung Pao chicken(spicy), and the Beef and broccoli was really good. The teriyaki chicken was ok. Make sure to ask for extra teriyaki sauce. Would visit again.

They closed their kitchen 20 minutes early tonight, and only had little scraps of food left. This was very inconvenient to drive all they way down there to find they refuse to prepare food over 20 minutes before closing time. This restaurant should lose their franchise. None of the other Pandas does this. This is laziness and rudeness. They do not care about the paying customer. They are selfish and it makes me wonder what else they do behind closed doors. Boycott this Panda. Maybe loss of customers will cause them to close their doors so some other better restaurant can take their place.
