I want to take a moment to give serious credit to this Panda Express location and its staff.
I originally came in and ordered two children’s meals, and unfortunately, the quality of the food that day just wasn’t there. In the past, there have been a few times where the food wasn’t great, but I never called or complained. This time, though, it was kind of the last straw, especially with how expensive everything is these days, so I decided to finally speak up and call the store.
I am so glad I did.
The manager I spoke with over the phone was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She listened without rushing me, took the situation seriously, and immediately made it right by offering to replace the meal free of charge. She explained exactly what to do and assured me that when I returned, the food would be fresh and the experience would be turned around.
When I came in today, she actually introduced herself in person and made sure everything was handled exactly as promised—and then some. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but what stood out even more was the customer service. The staff here has always been friendly every single time I’ve come in, and this experience really proved that they genuinely care about their customers.
In a world where customer service often feels rushed or nonexistent, this was a breath of fresh air. They didn’t just fix the issue—they restored my faith in the place. Thank you to the manager and the entire team for your professionalism, kindness, and for truly knocking it out of the park. You deserve the recognition.

Portion size was very small. Then what you got was mostly breading fried on the outside. Half of what we got had no meat at all. I got the 3 serving size and a soft drink my wife got a 1 serving size. We both got an egg roll. We both got the rice they offered. The total came to $34. We were both very disappointed! Could have gone to a nice sit down restaurant for that amount. For the serving size and having to throw away half of what you got because it was nothing but fried breading I’m sure we will not be going back.

Went in to grab food to go since the drive through line was long- but it was so cozy inside we ending up staying in to eat! It was hopping but service was fast and food hot and delicious. Great atmosphere and as we were eating someone stopped by to ask how the food was! No food pics- smelled so good I didn’t want to pause to take my phone out. You can totally tell this one is family owned. Positive vibes all round

It’s a Panda Express, not much different from any other. The place is consistently clean, and the food is typical, never bad. Shout-out to the chicken teriyaki and super greens.
Only real complaint is the wait for to-go and pickup: the line cooks can’t hand you your food, so you wait for a manager/cashier to be available or notice. Current record is fifteen minutes waiting and watching my food cool until a manager could finish ringing up in-house folks and move the food three feet.
Overall, it’s a good place with only one ongoing issue. The staff are polite, the location is good, and I cannot complain about how hard they work to keep the place neat.

Update: Under staffing & training, and It is getting worse every time. I visited this location a few more times after my initial review and the service and food quality both went down. 1)Fried rice and Chow Mein tasted so plain, I needed to add salt and soy sauce now. 2)Wrong order-We ordered SweetFire Chicken but we got String Bean Chicken instead. 3)Online order take over an hour to get ready. 4)Teriyaki Chicken was suppose to cut into strips but instead it was cut in half like the size of half chicken breast and was stocked into the bottom of the box and cover with some fully cutted CK stripes. 5)Food portion is getting less too. 6)Most of the staffs are good but few staffs are not friendly at all. All the good experience when they first open is gone. Therefore, I updated my review.
They provide Walk-In, Pickup, Drive-Thru service. Lots of parking spaces. Food is good and staffs are friendly. Good place for a quick hot food in cold weather. Interesting thing I found is that their In-store menu has Calories information for the food but no pricing. Not sure if this is their New Menu system or their forgot to list their price. Good thing is you can still find the price on their website.

slowest people of my life. standing around, no rush or urgency in the workers. told my order would be checked on, girl didn’t nt check on it. she was 5’1” with glasses and wearing braids. 20 minute wait while others that placed orders behind us have gotten their food. it’s ridiculous. said girls friend was served for free whilst waiting for our order. this isn’t a one time thing either.

They have a pickup shelf but you have to wait to be stopped and frisked and verify your phone number so an employee can watch you grab your order from the shelf. I’m not trying to steal anyone’s orange chicken, I’m trying to grab a quick lunch.
