went for dine in, dining room kept up better than my previous dine in visit. Food good. I liked my meal. Staff was friendly and efficient. I recommend. I like the orange chicken and the mushroom chicken. Two plates and two fountain beverages cost $26.32

Crazy, but my first taste of Panda Express was 2026. I figured there must be something good about a successful national chain that even features products in grocery stores. Nope. The food is so bad, I didn’t even finish it. I got three entrees and two sides as a fair sample. If you’re thinking of trying it for the first time, just don’t. Try anywhere else.

Called in after made my order to see if they would throw in fee extra fortune cookies because I didnt see any way online to order them, they said sure. Got my order and I got no utensils, no.sauces no napkins not 1 fortune cookies! The chicken was dry the rice was old and then I ask them to give me a credit and they said we dont do that! Guess when you order shitty food and pay 25$ and food is shit you get shit!! Thanks panda.

We ordered 12 apple rolls and got crab rangoon. We asked for sweet and sour sauce for egg rolls got noon but did get about a dozen chillie sauce instead. There is a reason we ordered apple rolls instead of the crab rangoon. In my opinion panda’s crab rangoon are the worst out there. Called about a dozen times couldn’t get anyone on the phone. 1st time there probably the last.

I hate being this person and not giving a 5 star review especially since I went on opening day and nothing went wrong that day. However, I went up there today and they gave me burnt hot orange chicken, it was noticeably burnt (the peppers are literally black) but I couldn’t really smell it at first due to my allergies driving me crazy recently, I definitely could taste it though. I’m pretty sure they knew it was burnt and didn’t want to make a new batch because they threw some sweet and sour sauce in the bag despite me not asking for it.

I would say the food is hot garbage, but that would require it to have been hot! Food was overspiced not too bad but oversized way overcooked dry not good at all crab rangoon it is the worst I have ever had in my life and I’ve eaten it a lot of Chinese restaurants rice was playing cokes were not bad, so if you’re looking for lukewarm garbage that’s the place to go…

Since the Panda Express in Jeffersonville opened, I have been there many times. The food is always hot and fresh and it is plentiful. Normally I go through the drive-thru and the staff at the window is always friendly and cheerful. And, unlike many fast food restaurants, there has never been a mistake with my order. The manager and owner of this store should be very proud of their staff.
