I ordered Chicken Teriyaki with fried rice. Received cold, gooey chicken that had no sauce on it. Didn’t smell or taste like teriyaki. Was rubbery and tasted so horrible that I spat it out and threw the plate away.

Not sure if Panda has changed it’s food on purpose, or if I went to the wrong one. Previous, I aye at the one in Shepherdsville, and it was good! This one in Clarksville was NOT! Fried rice was dry and no flavor. The spicy beef was OK, but the General Tso’s chicken was slimy and unappealing. I had to wait for a fresh batch of it at it was not worth it. The Mango tea was too warm, and tasted watered down. Horrible experience, and will NOT be back at THIS Panda Express.

We ate lunch here, with family, and it was a first for my grandmother. She struggles to hear, and the person working was absolutely wonderful and patient with explaining different options. It really made an impression on us. The food was wonderful, store was clean, and the service was outstanding!

Food is usually good, and in big portions. As much as waiting sucks, you have a better chance at fresh food if you visit around a busier time. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes they are nice and chill, and sometimes they act offended that you dared to show up and buy food at their restaurant.

Went through the drive through. Was quite the wait for just a few cars before we could even place our order. When we got to the window, my husband asked to add an additional item to the order and the woman at the window refused. She clearly didn’t know how to and wouldn’t ask for help on how to do it. Not a big deal on our side but poor customer service on theirs’.
