They took longer than a God’s age to make a fresh patch of orange chicken they made three different dishes in front of orange chicken that I was waiting for. Went through the drive thru. This evening. Around 1840 and was polite even asked how the customer service rep was doing. She blew past that and immediately was rushing me while I ordered and didn’t have any type of good attitude idk who hurt her feelings just before work but I can find better customer service in a Cracker Jack box…. After this visit. I’ll goading drive to wabash to get the amazing Chinese food from the Ninja express place who have OUTSTANDING SERVICE. and better prepared food. Fix your rude team members

Noon on a weekday. Parked aways from the entrance but ok with that. Noticed drive through line was excessive. Inside line shorter but moved slowly. A few items sold out temporarily and unavailable without a longer wait. Staff seemed to be more concerned with drive through and “door dash” customers causing some in the line to grumble. Finally served and enjoyed a meal provided in a takeout box.

Haven’t had Panda Express in years because I’m just not a big fan. It’s not hard to put a similar meal together in your grocery freezer isle for less $. It’ll be years before I return again, I’m sure. The food is descent but just not my personal preference, many of the dishes are too sweet. We ordered online and that went smoothly. Our food was ready to go when we showed up and ordering ahead made for a fast transaction even though it was very busy.

I came in no greeting . Waited forever to get my order I had to ask girl to type in my rewards number. She acted like she did. Told me the total, I asked what name came up she said oh let’s do that again put my number in again. Got my food home its completely disgusting. My noodles are stuck together sticky n gooey gross. My chicken n mushroom isnt even fully cooked the mushrooms are dry and hard along with the zucchini. Chickens rubbery. And the honey walnut shrimp is old hard and breading is all falling off . All bad!

When my kids and myself can agree on a place this is one we can agree on. In the last week we have had dinner here and I have came for lunch too. Dinner we ate in the restaurant and it was clean,staff was helpful and nice. We didn’t have a long wait inside so that was a plus with kids. Lunch time was little busy and I did do the drive through but, I had a little bit of a wait chow mein had a 5-7 minute wait. With it being busy inside and outside I understand the wait. Overall food was hot and delicious. I got the “new” spicy shrimp for lunch and it was spicy but yummy. For dinner I got the sweet honey walnut shrimp and chow mein definitely being my favorite. I also tried the spicy beef also very delicious being a top favorite. Kids got orange chicken, rice and noodles and they loved it. Only thing they wished eas different was that the l chow mein noodles could come without the veggies and be an option. We all got crab rangoons those were not my favorite but not bad. And we loved our fortune cookies that make for a fun treat at the end. Overall great place for a family dinner or a quick meal on the go.

Many times I have went in to get my food and it has been sitting on the counter and I’ve been ignored. I have had to wait over 10 minutes seeing my food in a bag for me to be able to get my food by the time that I get it, it’s often cold and soggy. I don’t know what they’ve done with their orange chicken but the last couple times it has been dried out almost like jerky and rock hard.

Walked in 20 mins after opening and still didnt have half of the food prepared. Lady at front refister cussing about how she didnt want to be there. Barely acknowledged and stood there for 5 mins before being helped and I was the only person in there. Really bad customer service at this location.

Quick and easy. Panda is consistent location to location. The food is average, somewhat greasy, but hits the spot. I could to with less onion in the lo mein, it’s not bad. Portions are generous and filling. Prices aren’t bad. Usually busy but there will be a seat available. People are friendly enough. Drive-thru if you’re really in a hurry. If the parking lot is completely full, the dining room will be the same.
