I used to love going here (cassopolis st,) when it first opened. Over the years it declined drastically, the service is ok depending on what time of the day it is, the chow mien is terrible, you probably get about a 60/40 mix of the cabbage crap to actual noodles. Tonight I got a plate of mushy slimy cabbage with a little bit of noodles. Sweet fire chicken that was hard chunks of mostly breading with barely any chicken in it. What is was to what it is now is kinda disappointing.

I was attended by a boy named CJ, he had dirty nails I shouldn’t serve the food like that. There was also very little inside the plate.

Loud and noisy if you eat in, and coldish to warm food if you take out. I’ve been here a few times because I use to enjoy the food but with prices rising, orders frequently coming out wrong and them constantly forgetting to add the items you paid extra for. I don’t really appreciate having to “prove with receipt” to recieve the items I bought and they forgot.

I have only been here for lunch and had good experiences, tried to get a late dinner(10pm) the restaurant was open till 11 but they were out of everything i wanted and asked me if I would mind waiting. I said waiting wasn’t a problem, and then after a long pause I was told they won’t be cooking more noodles or being beef this evening. I get it, but there’s still an hour left…if this was my store I would be disappointed with this level of preparedness and customer service. As I sit here typing this review there are several cars in the drive thru. I wonder how many will also just go somewhere else.

I hate this location. I placed mobile pickups for today and yesterday. Yesterday they forgot my drink, utensils, napkins, AND sauce. Today I paid extra for a premium entree and they literally give me 7 pieces of shrimp… I am not returning to this location. The food just doesnt taste that fresh either everytime I go.

Everyone looked like they wanted to be there. Cooking was getting done and service was fast. The server brought on a warm atmosphere while asking me what I wanted. The portion size was perfect. The ratio of rice to meat felt just right. I was asked if I wanted a drink and denied it but I promised to get one the next time I show up on accident. 10/10 can’t wait to go again.

1st time I ever ate there. Got the chicken teriyaki. Gagged when the second bite I took was half chicken fat. Several other pieces were too. Any chicken teriyaki ive eaten elsewhere also came with vegetables. Not going back.

We don’t visit Panda Express often but when we do we always look forward to seeing Jacob! They always go above and beyond. This past time we came in wondering about some of the new additions to the menu and they helped us decide on our Panda crafted drinks. Thank you Jacob 🙂

Locked the door in my face as i was walking up to get my pickup order (early btw, it was 9:56, my order was ready at 9:55, lobby closes at 10). Then got YELLED AT by a girl for being upset and explaining that i wanted my food and shouldn’t have been locked out (“upset” in this case means on the verge of crying, i did not yell or cuss, i was not rude until they yelled and called me a liar for saying they closed the doors early). Finally recived my food after having to argue with her for 5 minutes, and then food was cold, i wasn’t given my drink, and my rangoons were crushed. When i went back for my drink, i heard the girl talking in the back and ADMITTING they closed the doors early. Never eating here again, the girl needs to be fired, there are a multitude of bad reviews complaining that shes rude, and it is in no way appropriateto be FULL ON YELLING at customers for something that you know is your fault.
