I went here with my daughter for dinner and the food did not disappoint!! Very good, fresh and hot. The people working were very kind and helpful when I forgot the name of the sauce they helped me figure it out. Can’t beat the price, it was 11 – something for 2 meats and noodles. We will be back! Oh only thing I don’t like is where it is located. It’s located off of route 30 which is kind of busy. Other than that everything else was perfect!

I went to return my food because I found something strange that looked like a rubber band. When I got there, the manager was very rude. She didn’t want to touch my plate when I was returning it. So, I decided to take it with me to throw it away somewhere else, and she practically wouldn’t let me leave the establishment until I threw it in the trash.

Sadly, my experience wasn’t great this time. Customer service in the lobby definitely felt less important than the drive-thru. I stood there for about 8 minutes just waiting for someone to take my order while drive-thru orders kept going out. Once I was finally helped, they told me they were out of sides but the drive-thru had been served first, and I would need to wait another 8 minutes for more food. That was frustrating.
I usually enjoy this Panda Express, which is why this was disappointing. I hope they start giving in-store customers the same attention as drive-thru.

They can do better with drive thru communication because I order a bigger plate that was supposed to be Mushroom chicken, Beef and broccoli, and sirloin steak.. but instead I got a very unreasonable amount of two plates with just beef and broccoli and Sirloin steak.. the food is good as far st the taste but they have to be aware to not be negligent on orders and have the proper communication when doing drive thru service..

Got grilled teriyaki chicken and it’s nasty. I don’t know about you, but it looks so unappetizing I just couldn’t eat it, so I threw it out. Ordered pickup so didn’t see til I got home, but the meat was ALL nasty and rubbery/fatty in the chicken. Not paying this price for this food.

So after standing at the register for over 5 minutes and workers walking passed not addressing me, I asked about my pick up order. Of course it’s not ready and it’s over 10 mins adapter the time my order is SUPPOSED to be ready! It really ain’t that hard! It’s not like they are preparing totally fresh food, majority of the food is FROZEN and all they are doing is heating it up!!!!

Place was little busy, but I guess that is a good news and a sign that the food is fresh. Service was little slow, perhaps in need of additional staff or experience. Food was good, but Panda Express always has something good to choose from.

I ordered my food Wednesday and while I was eating, I noticed there was two maggots in my food and I was so disgusted. I called corporate and no one answered, at this point I’m going to call the health department and file a lawsuit against panda for this.

$37 Family meal , not even filled to the top one was bearly halfway full. Disappointed in service at the location. Asked for soy sause and lady gave me 4 packets for a family meal. Better off getting real Chinese food in the area
