Whomever made my order inside- this girl was amazing! I’m not a fan of oriental food. Also not a fan of onions- which are EVERYWHERE at Panda. lol. She was calm. Nice. Knowledgable. My son was clearly irritated w me, she was not. And I wish I could have tipped her. She told me to put the tip in the donation / charity box. WOW! I actually like the honey something pepper bean chicken. It was good. I’d go back inside for that maybe…? I’d definitely go back inside to pickup for the house if she’s there. Don’t let employees like yours go. You had a great staff. – everyone else was also kind and happy.
Bravo!

Went through drive thru, had to wait a few minutes for my crab Rangoons, but they’re worth it. Got the spicy orange with chow mien. Did not disappoint! It’s very spicy and oh so good . Gal at the window was super nice , which sadly is rare up here in NWI , so that absolutely made my day!!! I’ll be back- even downloaded the rewards app!!

I have NEVER left a poor review at panda EXPRESS! I waited 15 minutes to get to the drive through lane-never made it there so I decided to pull in and do it. The crew of 6-7 ppl were standing around chatting and had absolutely no concern for lines of ppl in the store and in the drive through. I got to the line to order my food. The young girl was talking over her coworker … I asked for greens. One worker called it back to the kitchen. The other heard rice and proceeded to explain if I wanted greens I’d have to wait. I asked her how they were going to rectify such a crazy wait time for a simple line item. She responded with a rude remark and absolutely no effort to be quick or fix the issue. I have worked fast food and I’ve worked customer service… I have never seen such a disregard for customers standing right in front of them! What an absolute dumpster fire!

Atleast 9 people were working that I saw, and still everyone’s orders were 10 to 15 minutes out and I ordered my food 30 minutes prior
This restaurant is almost buffet style… and what I mean by that is the food is already cooked and there for the most part, scoop it, put it in container, and good. Food is getting low… cook it and have it ready to replace, these workers do not work in a team at all!
And the drive thru always wants to put you on hold, even if there is one car in front of you, take the orders and keep the cars moving, sheesh it’s not rocket science! Do better!

This location looks just like any other. The only difference is the cashier, Mari. I asked if I could place my order. She didn’t even look at me as she pointed to the left side of the counter. I politely said thank you and walked to the left side. A few minutes later, after she took a few more bites of her food, Mari finally walked up to the counter and asked what I want, still never looking up at me. I understand we live in a world where manners are rare, but I still always expect them. When I sat down to eat, my chicken was cold but my vegetables were not. I wish they had a microwave or kept all their food warm.

If I could leave no stars I would. They always have a bunch of people working and no one’s doing anything. You have to wait so long In The drive thru. This didn’t just happen once, it’s happened every time I’ve gone. I like Panda Express but I dread going to this one. It’ll be empty and you’ll still have to wait a while. #ridiculous #youngpeopledon’tknowhowtowork
I know it’s not that serious, but it’s annoying bruh.

I keep coming back because when it’s a take out night my daughter only wants a large side of noodles. I usually skip Panda, but I was craving it the last two trips. I asked for a large chow mein (for my daughter) and we ordered two plates. They gave us a large orange chicken. So we ended up giving her ours. The food is really not that pricey, but I’m tired of paying $8 for 6 full bites of chicken and a load of noodles. This is an everytime occurrence. I’ve called about it once or twice before, when I opened our food and we had what I know was not even half a serving. But it’s always “we give portioned scoops”. This store fills you up with rice, and though I’m not entirely sure, I’m guessing it’s so they can pro-long having to make fresh batches of noodles and meat. Everytime we’ve come here if there’s a female drive through employee, they’re extremely rude. I’m not there for conversation or to make friends, so I don’t necessarily care if you’re “nice” to me, but you can hand people their food without saying “here” and closing the window before we can say thankyou. Drive-thru is usually quick, and the food is usually hot.
I’m sure I’d get the “if you don’t like it don’t eat here” comments, but I can’t avoid this place because my mini loves it, and it’s a nice change from time to time. I rave about good businesses and hate writing bad reviews, but this store needs better customer service training. And also.. (more importantly).. you signed up for the hourly wage, just give me my full scoop

This place it hit or miss. Some days everything’s great. Another day food may be over cooked or you have a long wait for it. Sometimes there is friendly service sometimes there isn’t. I Still like their food. Haven’t had it really bad yet so I still go.
