Got our order wrong (wrong side and wrong entree). Went in to get it corrected and promptly met by a worker “was that the messed up order?”. If it was messed up, why did they send it out.

Showed them the receipt and they compted a free side of the entree that was missing which was a nice gesture. However, we got home, it was still the wrong entree. The new AI ordering got it right, but not the workers.

One chow mein was inedible as it tasted very gross versus the other; while also consisting of like 80% non-noodle. Smelled like a shoe. Then the wrong item (broccoli and beef) tasted down right sour and spoiled; inedible.Only saving grace was the other 3 entrees of the 5 entrees shown were just “ok” versus how they taste on a good day. Not worth the 23$ spent. Orders wrong multiple times and just not good food.

I visit this location frequently and I’ve never had such a terrible experience as the one I had today. I like eating here because food is fresh and the staff are normally friendly and accommodating. Today was so weird. I go through the drive thru and the experience was very traumatizing to say the least. After ordering i pulled up to the window and was Lida the cashier seemed irritated and slightly bothered. I ignored it and continued with my payment and receiving my order. The interaction was awkward and I felt as if Lida didn’t want to deal with me at all. Yet I smiled and continued to be polite. Well, I noticed I was missing a chicken egg roll, after I left the parking lot. I made sure to check my bag good and my receipt. We’ll when I returned to the drive thru and stated that I was missing an egg roll, Lida again with an attitude took my receipt and was gone for at least 5 mins. When she returned with a manager she stated that it was in the bag and they saw it on camera. I stated that I looked in my bag and it wasn’t in there. Next, a manager came and said the same thing. I told her what I told Lida, it wasn’t in the bag. Now throughout both time was calm and polite to both women. Next, a male manager came and started accusing me of putting my bag in the back and possibly taking the food out of the bag. Also, with him I stayed polite and stated the same thing. They eventually gave me another egg roll with hesitation. Through the whole interaction I remained calm and polite to all three of them but I was met with attitude and accusations. I’m hurt emotionally and mentally, because why am I treated like I’m just out here conning people out of food. I am so upset with this location and their staff. I’m also afraid to eat the egg roll because I feel like they may have contaminated it. Just because I wanted what I order. This is what I gwt for being loyal clientele. Also, part of my order was paid with points I accumulated from visiting there so much, money I spent on previous orders. Please, do better Panda, because you never know who your mistreating.

The portions have gotten notably smaller while the prices got notably higher with the premium entrees now $1.50 more. But really the worst of it was the dirty dining room. Tables were not cleaned. Floor needed a good sweeping. Kinda makes you wonder what their back kitchen areas look like. And am I the only one who is super tired of the begging to round up for charity? If panda is so interested in that charity let them make the donations. Quit trying to guilt trip your customers at the checkout to donate. In summary the food is ok (for what it is) but the other things drag this location down and give pause for another visit.

I’ve always admired Panda Express as a national chain, for its consistency, value, and somewhat healthy offerings. At this location, I had a rather disappointing lunch. I ordered a plate, with fried rice, orange chicken, and super greens. The rice was mushy and had little seasoning. The orange chicken was soggy, and not at all crunchy. Vegetables were tasty at least. For a $10 lunch, one could argue it gets the job done.

Uber Eats delivery drivers are NOT to do the drinks. It is against Uber Policy and we can get fired for it so stop handing us the cup(s) for us to do your job!!!

If the customer is not there to fill their own drinks, that does not mean the job falls to the delivery driver. It falls to the restaurant but most restaurant employees do not know this or do not care and they do not care to research it either apparently. Either they are not educated well enough on the subject when they are hired or they just don’t want to have to do their jobs.
All of the Panda Express’s are like this and they all hand us the cup expecting us to do their job for them and for free.

Again, just because the customer is not there to do their own drink, it does not mean the delivery driver does the drink. We are not to prepare the order. We pick up the order and drop off the order. It is not our job to prepare it in any way.

One of the employees here at the Highland, Indiana location on October 24th, 2025 at about 8:40 p.m. gave me the cup for me to do the drink. I politely explained that we are not to do the drink and that it’s against Uber policy and he told me then that I could not deliver the order. So because I would not do his job, he would not let me do my job. That is so wrong and messed up. The managers need to do better to be informed themselves about this issue and inform their employees that THEY must prepare the drinks for the online orders and inform them that it is NEVER a delivery driver’s job to prepare the order in any way.

Get it together people. We’ve been doing this long enough that you should know these things by now. And please fire the jerks, because that guy was a total jerk about this. I wish I would have gotten his name. All I know is he was about of medium height and was thin and had brown hair and a mustache and perhaps a goatee. And red round cheeks. Big brown eyes I believe. He was extremely rude and forceful about trying to get me to do the drink wrongfully. In my opinion he should be fired. He’s lazy and was being a jerk and I think he really just wanted to pass his job off onto me.

Editing this to add that in the agreement with Uber, you have agreed as a company to prepare the order and you are not abiding by your agreement when you hand us the cup to do your job. I have called Uber and told them that your employee there handed me the cup expecting me to do his job and that when I explained it’s not my job, he was still forcefully trying to get me to do it and then would not give me the order to deliver it and caused me to lose money. Uber said that they were going to take action and that something would be done about it and I truly hope they do something. They better because this situation with you guys and other restaurants who do the same thing is really old.

Listen, all you guys have to do is research this on google and you would see for yourselves that you are to do the drinks. The managers ought to know this from the agreement that they signed with Uber. Read the stinking contract.

Abide by the agreement. Stop being a pain in our butts and stop causing us to lose money. And that employee should not have power over me to determine that I cannot do my job due to me not doing his job. It is not okay that he gets away with that.

And in addition, he threatened that he would make sure I could not pick up orders there anymore. What pompous people you hire.

For the record, the smart Uber Eats delivery drivers avoid your restaurant since you hand us the cup(s) and we avoid all of the restaurants that hand us the cup(s). Only the people who are willing to break Uber’s rules go to your restaurants and fill the drinks. They’re foolish. They are risking their jobs unnecessarily. They are part of the problem and not the solution. I took a chance today and went there thinking there could potentially be a wise and reasonable employee there to fill the drink but there wasn’t one.

Unfortunately, the food that I received for my delivery order was very poor quality. Everything seemed fine at first, but toward the end of the meal, I discovered a piece of metal wire inside my food. This is extremely dangerous and could have caused a serious injury if ingested.

I went into this restaurant because the drive-thru line was long. As I waited in line I watched the employee pile food into people’s plates, containers and even a kids meal… I asked for honey walnut shrimp and was told there would be a wait of 7-8 minutes. I said that would be fine so they took my name and I sat to wait for my food. After more than ten minutes I was called up to the counter to pay for my food. When she gave me my total it seemed much too high so I asked about it. The girl acted annoyed and said I had a plate and a bowl. When I told her I only ordered a bowl, she acted confused and asked the other employee what I ordered. When she realized she was the one who made the mistake, she didn’t know how to reverse it and had to go get another person to remove it. When everything was finally squared away and I was thankful to have my food, I went to my car and noticed how little food, comparatively, was in my container… I was very disappointed over all and will not be going back to this Panda Express.

The food is always good, but it’s a fast food place so the atmosphere is pretty simple, but not in a bad way, just plain…
