Y’all messed up my order and you’re very lucky I didn’t noticed until 3mins before close.
I placed an online order for pickup, my partner retrieved the order, I went to the gym to work out. I get home to eat, open my container and see my order is incomplete and incorrect. As pictured below, I didn’t even receive the proper portion for my sweetfire chicken. As the sticker shows exactly what my order is supposed to be, I have a full plate of white rice instead of half/half rice.
I’ll be awaiting a resolution for this and calling first thing in the morning. Reading is fundamental and it’s very exhausting that restaurants cannot be trusted with their online services because consumers get shorted 8/10. Please do better!
UPDATE: The following day I called the location and shared my qualm about the situation. I was told to call back when the manager got in, but instead I had them take my number to call me. 2hrs past the time the manager was supposed to get in with no callback, so I went to the location. I asked to speak with the manager and he came out. I shared everything with him and he gave me $15 promotional gift card. He offered to redo my order right then, but I declined. Although I’m pleased with receiving a solution with no excuses, I would still prefer to see this location improve across the board.

The food was actually pretty good for a Panda Express, it wasn’t too expensive and the restaurant was clean. The staff were definitely the best part, they were all very attentive and made me feel welcome. Of special note is Kiara and Alicia, they made my food really fast and were chatting with me the whole time. I would definitely go back here again.

We’ve never had issues here and that continued yesterday too. We walked in and were greeted by Kiara I believe was her name. She was by far the most friendliest person we’ve encountered in a very long time. She was really very nice and sweet. It was really nice to see someone young be able to start, carry and hold a conversation with someone. And it wasn’t just us. We watched her do this with 2 other customers. She was incredible.

We stopped here yesterday during a rush, and even though it was the first time we’ve ever had to wait there, the experience was still great. The wait honestly didn’t feel long at all. The staff was working so hard, moving quickly, and was genuinely apologetic the whole time.
Chris, the manager, is AMAZING. He is very involved, kind, and clearly cares about his team. You can tell he is a great leader because the staff reflects that same kindness and work ethic.
We will go out of our way to eat at this Panda over any one in the area and will happily drive past a few on our way to this one because it is worth it.

My experience here wasn’t that great. Been here twice. Both times I didn’t get fresh food. They just seem ill-prepared for the volume of customers they receive. I also witnessed the manager talking to an employee in front of me a little more inappropriately than I would cared for. Everyone makes mistakes. That doesn’t mean you get to embarrass your employee in front of customers.

Ridiculous. Manager has absolutely no urgency or care in the world to understand how to run the place. Placed an order online and have been waiting for 45 minutes to the dot for it to come out when I had only ordered a plate of orange chicken and rice. They took care of the entire walk-in line first before even touching the online orders. “Waiting for the orange chicken,” you mean the orange chicken you just made a batch of and gave everything to the entire line of people who walked in? Completely disregarded any online orders. There was a lady waiting with her child for an online pickup who was there for almost an hour for dinner. But everyone before her who had gotten in line had gotten their food, sat down, eaten, and left BEFORE she even received her order. Absolutely ridiculous!!! The manager didn’t even offer a voucher or to comp anything for anyone who was waiting, just excuses for why the place is being so poorly ran. Just wanted to make a public service announcement to go to literally any other location for better service.

We arrived at almost 11 a.m., they did not have all the entries ready. They were slow to take our order and the girl from the drivethru/Online was still serving when there were people waiting to order (there were not enough of the entries) I asked the girl from the Drive Thru who was not doing anything just looking at what if she could give me the Teriyaki sauce and she told me ask to the cashier that there were about 3 more people waiting to pay for their food.

I really enjoy this location specifically when it comes to Panda Express. Every time I order the employees are super kind and friendly. The food is always filled to the brim, hot, and fresh. If I ever have to wait for a fresh dish, I don’t even mind waiting because the employees communicate and work so hard to immediately drop fresh food so the wait isn’t even long. Going through drive through is a quick and smooth, though the only small complaint is sometimes food is not filled completely, but I love this place so much I wouldn’t stop going regardless.

I came to the Panda Express in crown Point Indiana and I was waiting in line for 10 minutes without getting my order taken but kept getting looked at. A female named Jaime Jones repeatedly kept looking ay me while waiting for my food and she refused to come up and take my order. Service sucked. And just left without my food. Safe to say I’m never coming here again.
