Every time I come here for lunch around noon the same drive through worker refuses to give me soy sauce and plastic forks. He is rude and says it’s in the bag but never is. Lunch is only 30 mins wouldn’t hurt to be a little more kind and maybe give out the utensils, condiments, napkins, as requested.

I had a concerning experience at this Panda Express. When an employee was bringing the chow mein pan to the front serving area, some noodles were hanging halfway out of the pan. Instead of using a utensil, he pushed the noodles back into the pan with his bare hand.
Even though the noodles didn’t fall out, handling food like that is not sanitary. It made me uncomfortable, and I hope management addresses this.

Disgusting location. Trash all over the floor, seats, and tables. No paper towel in bathroom. Toilet seat is completely broken. Better off eating with the raccoons out back. Don’t play yourself coming here

Update for Nov 22, 23. Just don’t go here. Ive seen one of the main kitchen staff sharpen a knife on the curb outside in the past. They routinely take 15 minutes to fill an order. The final straw was today when they took 20 minutes of my lunch to clear the 2 cars ahead of me. If I had waited for my food, I estimate I would have been 5 to ten minutes late to return from lunch break. So, seriously, dont support them.
The food is hot and fast, but the last two times through the drive-thru leave the experience pretty wanting. The crew here apparently does not know what Beijing beef is and continues to serve other menu items in its place. My time on my lunch break is limited so I am not going to return to correct this but it is frustrating nonetheless. Inaccuracy with what they are serving means I will not be spending more money on the premium items for fear of getting less than what I pay for. My advice to management would be to make sure that employees are accurately filling the orders that they are receiving.

Extremely disappointed in this location. They are never prepared for lunch. I’ve been several times between 11:30a-12p, which is prime lunch time. They never have enough rice or chow mein or meats. Today they barely had anything ready and said it would take 30 minutes because it was frozen. This was at 11:45a!! Prime lunchtime with a wait out the door. Why is it never ready for lunch??? I wasn’t the only one that used their favorite phrase “take a seat and we’ll bring it out to you”. This is fast food, not a gourmet sit down place. I expect fast and hot food.
The managers don’t even discount your meal or offer a free drink for you having to wait an extended period of time for food that should have been ready for the lunch rush hour. Poor management in my opinion. I’m going to start using the Panda on Mercantile, which I would highly suggest others to consider.
