Even though the noodles didn’t fall out, handling food like that is not sanitary. It made me uncomfortable, and I hope management addresses this.
The food is hot and fast, but the last two times through the drive-thru leave the experience pretty wanting. The crew here apparently does not know what Beijing beef is and continues to serve other menu items in its place. My time on my lunch break is limited so I am not going to return to correct this but it is frustrating nonetheless. Inaccuracy with what they are serving means I will not be spending more money on the premium items for fear of getting less than what I pay for. My advice to management would be to make sure that employees are accurately filling the orders that they are receiving.
The managers don’t even discount your meal or offer a free drink for you having to wait an extended period of time for food that should have been ready for the lunch rush hour. Poor management in my opinion. I’m going to start using the Panda on Mercantile, which I would highly suggest others to consider.
Also, corporate Panda didn’t reply last time, because it wasn’t the first incident. Apparently they don’t care too much about customer service.
