The food was good. I think the price is high for the portion size. The servers good. It was my first time there and I didn’t realize there is an upgraded charge for some entree selections so it would have been nice if the server had pointed that out when I ordered the walnut shrimp. So it was an extra $1.50 for it and the Styrofoam container section they put that is is small. If they are going to up charge then they should give a little more in my opinion. When I walked in it was hard to get in the door because the trash can was out in the aisle. Like someone started to dump the trash but didn’t finish the task.

Ordered a family meal and 1 of the entrees was not put in our box. I live too far away to return for it. I tried to call 2 times and the phone message was that there was no one to take my call and it cut me off. Tried to deal with it on the phone. Since I can’t I’m putting a review here.

Ordered a normal plate of sweetfire chicken and chow mein. But a third of the plate was just pineapple and onion. Yuck too much. Stop being stingy with the protein and noodles. Not eating here again.

Uber eats order. One tiny piece of meat in my broccoli beef. How is this acceptable? Are you kidding me? It’s a side of broccoli. Orange chicken was stale too, like it had been sitting a while.

I’ve often passed by this Panda Express on the way to eat someplace else – but my recent visit proved that sometimes “the usual stuff” can be unusually good!. They went out of some entrees due to a non-delivery (probably weather-related) but made up for it in courtesy and speed. The honey walnut shrimp had plenty of walnuts and those cream cheese rangoons were super-fresh!
(I know 5 stars is a lot for any fast food franchise but I’m taking into consideration what the place is aiming for.)

It’s a typical Panda Express, but that’s just what I want. We had to wait a few minutes for one of my entrees to be cooked, but they gave me a coupon for a free bowl. Unfortunately, I’m not from the area, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. The facilities were clean and the staff was on-point.

Wow! I can’t say enough about this Anderson Panda Express. The staff is genuinely courteous and pleasant. A special shout out to Kenzie who made thee experience particularly enjoyable! Though it MUST be said that ALL the staff and food was extraordinary! Thee orange chicken and rice was awesome, but the Spicy steak and shrimp was EVEN better! Thank you Kenzie!
