Decent food but service left something to be desired. First, the app was hard to order on because it kept kicking me out once I put my payment information in. Second, I placed an order for a certain time and they made it 20 minutes early so it wasn’t fresh when I got it. The food comes from a line, why did they have to make it so early? Especially when I put in a specific time to pick it up. What was the point of picking my time if they were going to make it whenever wanted regardless?

Mid honestly first time in and alot was not stocked for it to be lunch hour. I was told to choose meats without being told the upcharge until I chose that item. Cross contamination was also observed. Alot of employees touching food,then counters then their hats, cash and register touching and still no hand washing was seen this is why lots of people get stomach viruses. Could have been better never know who’s gonna stop by food reviewers and content creators showing 10,000 local people where not to go.

Far too much breading on the orange chicken. 3rd piece in during our meal and decided to pick apart several pieces to inspect the inside. Breading to chicken ratio is 3 parts breading 1 part chicken. That is some expensive breading.

The service is great at times then, I agree with some of the others opinions here that have posted. It’s just a job. We’ve all been there. You need people person people, not dictators that their word is the rule.

The Panda family wants people representing them with a positive and cohesive perspective, driven by respect and honor as you would like to be treated.

Absolutely horrendous experience at the Washington Twp, OH location on 12/24/25. Server listed on the receipt was Olyvya J, but 2 other employees were involved. The worker was extremely rude over the drive thru speaker, spoke down to us, and when we approached the window, the DT workers were pointing at us and quite obviously speaking negatively of us. We waited at the window for approx 10 mins to be cashed out, and were met with an attitude and silence. We were then told to pull up to wait (another 10 mins) for “fresh” food, which did in fact not come out fresh. To top it off, the cashier was hanging out the window flipping us off. Will not be back to this location, and we did not trust that the food was not tampered with, so it was tossed. Extremely disappointed in PE and management for employing people like this.

I am a huge fan of Asian cuisine. So I am game to try anything. That being said, I liked the food. The service was awesome, the store was clean. Not a huge fan of how limited the menu truly is, but that’s me. Menu should state the uncharged for the honey shrimp. And why not have spoons? Forks for your rice is just a pain in the butt. Half falls right back off the fork. The food again, was good. Service fantastic, just maybe not my cup of rice. Worth the try.

The service was decent, but the food was just not good. Everything tasted microwaved. Not into at all! I got the orange chicken, noodles, and rangoons. The noodles tasted off, and the chicken was mushy. Just plain gross. The rangoons were terrible.

Went to Washington Township Panda Express to pick up order. Order was first in line but got it last. Ask how to order works and manager said they were waiting on for mine. Lied to my face because I walked away down the line and everything we ordered was there. They give DoorDash priority over other orders. From no soy sauce or anything. Threw Oder up gave a dirty look and walked off. From now on I go through the line. Get food a lot faster

I went to panda this afternoon and ordered orange chicken. My meal had not ONE but TWO pieces of chicken that contained bone. I stopped eating it after discovering the second one, because I was disgusted. I love panda, but I will no longer be coming to this panda.

I dined in on 10/1/25 for dinner, and once again, the service was terrible. Aaron, Crymson, and Aiden continuously display an astonishing lack of professionalism. Rather than attending to guests, they choose to loiter, gossip, and amuse themselves, all while exuding visible irritation toward customers. Their dismissive demeanor makes it painfully clear they have no interest in providing even the most basic standard of hospitality.

This is the third occasion I’ve encountered this same group, and each experience has been equally unpleasant. It is both unwelcoming and insulting to be treated as though your presence is a burden. If these employees are so profoundly disinterested in their roles, they should reconsider working in customer service altogether. The management at this location desperately needs to hold them accountable. Until then, I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.
