Ordered at 5:31 got a text saying it was ready. Drove 5 minutes to restaurant. Order was not started yet. Most of the order was completed quickly however Sesame Chicken was not and needed to be cooked. Didn’t get my food until 6:10 (40 minutes waiting in store for Fast Food take out). There was also cabbage in the Beef and Broccoli kids meal for some reason which there shouldn’t be. They forgot the apple crisps for the kids meal. What a disaster of a time at this Panda Express. At the time of the visit did not have coke, Cherry coke, or couple other fountain drinks. Had to settle for Root Beer or Dr. Pepper. Will not revisit.

I stopped at Panda Express in Sandusky for dinner. This is the first and last time I will be going there. It was absolutely nasty. Ordered a Beef with Broccoli. The broccoli was so old tasting and was practically raw. Almost like old broccoli. I was very disgusted. It all went in the trash.

I wanted some fried rice and grilled chicken. The rice was so good, but the “grilled” chicken was more like boiled chicken. It had a the texture of slimy boiled chicken, took it home and my husband wouldn’t even eat it. He got orange chicken and liked it.

I dont even know where to start. I am absolutely so disappointed with this Panda Express. The super greens have always been my favorite at the other Panda Expres’s, but this one in Sandusky Ohio has been way off all FIVE times that I have been. Tonight, I had the beef and brochli bowl half chow main half greens. The bowl had 75% percent chowmain 20% green aka hard brochli and 5% beef. The time before that, It didn’t have any beef in it at all. This time, it may have had 2 oz of beef, and the greens were horrible tasting. The brochli was so hard it tasted fresh out the dirt. The second bowl was sesame chicken, not the kind I’ve had. The chicken tasted like a breaded (not battered) chicken patty cut up over mushy white rice with peas and carrots. It was completely dry and had no sesame flavor at all, and I’ve never had green beans in sesame chicken.
I dont know if they had the crew cooking because the chef was out or there still training, but this was my 5th time there, hoping they would get it right each time. I will say Jenna and the crew members were very nice and accommodating. Oh the Rangoon was cold very and crunchy. I asked for duck sauce and got sweet n sour.

I understand saving on costs but when I note in the order, and add sauces to my order please stop forgetting. I ask specifically every time and still not all sauces there. The foods good when it’s fresh, but it’s often not. I shouldn’t have to double check y’all every time.
Also don’t get their new shrimp, and beef dish. It’s all veggies I got one shrimp.

Don’t bother scheduling a pickup time because they’ll just make it as soon as they get the order. They tell you in the email to not show up ahead of time then text you that it’s done 17 minutes early and to “come get it while it’s hot and fresh”

I order at 1:03 said it would be done by 1:15. Arrived at 1:20 and still wasn’t done until 1:32… also got one of my entrees wrong. They didn’t discuss the long wait just gave me a large drink and said have a good day.

Upon finishing the drink we found what appears to be chunks/specks of mold all over the bottom of the cup after already consuming. No telling how much was in the cup originally, looks like they have trouble cleaning the soda fountain properly. Hopefully nobody gets sick now

I ordered a plate with orange chicken and sesame chicken. When I opened the container, one side was nearly empty, there were only two pieces of sesame chicken. If there were only two pieces left, the staff should have said they were out and asked what I wanted instead. Paying full price for two pieces of an entrée is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience and poor communication.

Ordered a plate and free reward a la carte online, with a text being sent to me that the order was ready. When I got to the restaurant, the order was in fact not ready. I spoke to one of the employees, and instead of giving me the correct order, I was given the smaller bowl option without the reward. Complete waste of money, do not use their app.
