I dont even know where to start. I am absolutely so disappointed with this Panda Express. The super greens have always been my favorite at the other Panda Expres’s, but this one in Sandusky Ohio has been way off all FIVE times that I have been. Tonight, I had the beef and brochli bowl half chow main half greens. The bowl had 75% percent chowmain 20% green aka hard brochli and 5% beef. The time before that, It didn’t have any beef in it at all. This time, it may have had 2 oz of beef, and the greens were horrible tasting. The brochli was so hard it tasted fresh out the dirt. The second bowl was sesame chicken, not the kind I’ve had. The chicken tasted like a breaded (not battered) chicken patty cut up over mushy white rice with peas and carrots. It was completely dry and had no sesame flavor at all, and I’ve never had green beans in sesame chicken.

Edit** second try. The orange chicken was excellent l, beef and broccoli with super greens and white rice. Finally got a great meal. The terriakyi chicken though still still at bottom of barrel.

They were busy but the line moved quickly and service was excellent! The manager, Crystal, was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Even though they were really busy, she still stopped by our table to make sure we were doing well. The food was good too! Would definitely come back!

Not coming back here. I ordered Honey Walnut Shrimp and Sweet Fire Chicken with Lo Mein, spent $17 on that, and I got the Lo Mein and nothing else…… makes sense right? I called back and didn’t even get a refund for it. I guess that’s what you get for trusting fast food workers to actually do their jobs. If I could give this place a 0 I would in a heartbeat

Why be open for drive thru(10 pm) and walk-ins(9:30) and have your kitchen closed. Had nothing that we wanted and walked away several times during the conversation. Wonderful customer service, NOT!
