I have recently the past 2 times I have been to panda express have had to wait 10 minutes for an order after being told they were putting sauce on it and it would be up in just one minute. We ordered 2 plates this time and had to wait for something to be sauced as my order sits at the drive thru window getting cold. We wait 10 minutes before we receive our food for them to say that they gave one order extra scoop for the wait but neglected to bring attention to the cold food sitting by the window on a cold rainy day. This has never been my experience since my last 2 times ordering from this location. The first time we we had an issue we also had to wait we were pulled around the building and I understand they needed time for an item we wanted we were told 5 minutes and we agreed to the 5 minutes and continued to wait for 10 minutes. I went inside to see the item in-stock and was told I was just getting to it while the pan was almost gone meaning other orders were fulfilled prior to ours as most fastfood dosent make to order. I waited for them to pack the order to get hone and the order not be correct.

We had the best experience at Panda Express today! Every employee we encountered was friendly, smiled and was professional in behavior and appearance. The restaurant may have been the cleanest fast food restaurant I have ever been in, little details like how the bathrooms are kept, the floors and the countertops, tables and booths were all clean it made the environment very inviting and warm. The food tasted fresh and delicious, everything was hot and servi e was fast. It is odd for me to leave reviews for fast lunch stops but it was odd to have such an exceptional experience so I had to give my thoughts! Thanks for a lovely lunch today Panda Express team!

Ok so the food was great but let me recommend DRIVE THRU only because if you walk in you won’t be greeted or approached til the drive thru is taken care of. We stood waiting for min. Of 20 minutes before being helped just to find that most of their items were out due to the drive thru, and that we had to continue to wait for them to replenish it.

Ordered from the drive thru, service was quick and friendly, the server did not put any utensils or napkins in the bag but did give us plenty of sauces.

Panda Express is a great place to go for food. The food is always fresh and has a pleasant taste to it. The staff is friendly and the prices are decent. I would definitely go there again, I would recommend this place to friends, and I would go there again in the future.

This was my very first time in a Panda Express, the girl let me sample a few things and then I got a plate with chicken and pineapple which was excellent, and beef with broccoli which the meat leaves a lot of improvement. I don’t know if it was coded with something but my dog wouldn’t even eat it.

I ate inside for a late lunch. The counter of food was well stocked and only took 2 or 3 minutes to order and get the food. In the lobby there was plenty of seating and tables were clean. I ended up paying 11.99 for a plate and small soda. I was barely able to finish all the food but in the end it tasted too good not too. I would definitely go again.

Free kids meal coupons turned down by Mgr John because company policy is that purchase is necessary even tho NOWHERE in the coupon stated that. We have used the coupons at that location and also in Avon location with no issues or needed to buy anything. Can someone tell me how are guests suppose to know what the COMPA Y POLICY is when it’s not stated on the coupon?? My kids left without their meals and the mgr took the boxed food and DUMPED IT BACK into the serving plates to be reused again..disgusting!!!
