Picked up Panda Express through the drive through, a plate with two meats and chow mein. I am so disappointed I will not be back. The chicken was placed ontop of each other despite being two different flavors. However the biggest problem is the chow mein. It was more cabbage than noodles and can not even be called a noodle dish. Do not get the chow mien unless you want cabbage as the side. The staff was nice and pleasant to deal with but I will not back.

This is what the angus steak bowl and veggies consisted of. No broccoli or peppers in the steak bowl, the noodles were not done, got no fried rice, that I ordered, the broccoli that was in the vegetable mix was so old it was flowering, broccoli is green not yellow and everything was cold! They will NEVER get any more of my business or anyone I know if I can help it. This was the most awful takeout I’ve ever had. What a total waste of money.

I ate inside for a late lunch. The counter of food was well stocked and only took 2 or 3 minutes to order and get the food. In the lobby there was plenty of seating and tables were clean. I ended up paying 11.99 for a plate and small soda. I was barely able to finish all the food but in the end it tasted too good not too. I would definitely go again.

Panda Express is a great place to go for food. The food is always fresh and has a pleasant taste to it. The staff is friendly and the prices are decent. I would definitely go there again, I would recommend this place to friends, and I would go there again in the future.

I just went to the panda express on Center Ridge Road in Rocky River to get dinner and was met with a fella named Joe and he was phenomenal! He was so kind so helpful and it just made my day! This fella deserves a raise for outstanding customer service.

I came with a 3rd party delivery service last week to pick up an order and noticed a woman working in the kitchen not wearing any gloves( she is pictured in the attached photo.) She was digging into the economy sized bags of chicken and broccoli with bare hands to get enough food out to prepare. I was disgusted and after 15 mins of waiting for a clients food; I canceled the order due to the excessive wait. Will never come here again for myself or a customer.
