Absolutely outstanding experience! I was new to Panda Express and wasn’t sure what to order, but Michael D went above and beyond to help me out. His customer service was top-notch, super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He made my first visit not only easy but genuinely enjoyable. The food was delicious, fresh, and flavorful. Drive thru did me wrong after a long cold day at work. Ordered 1 bigger plate, all with the same items, white rice and black pepper sirloin x3. Evidently they scraped the bottom of the bowl that had been sitting out for quite some time. Been trying to call for last 30 minutes after getting home and getting no answer.

Went through the drive through, got home, only to realize they give me someone else’s food. I drove all the way back(30 mins +) to get my proper food and they never apologized, they just stated that “yeah we realized we gave you the wrong food.”

I love panda express very fast clean and friendly across all the chains I have visited. For years I haven’t decided if I liked the fried rice or chow mein more so I always get half and half with each plate and an always must have no exceptions orange chicken, and the last entree is usually a toss up between more chicken or beef and broccoli. Very good place to stop if you have a short lunch. I don’t spend more than 8 minutes or 8 dollars eery visit
