I stopped in at 9:58 PM. They close at 10. I knew it was questionable if I would be able to get service. Justin and Joanna were working and did not rush me at all. I went through the drive-thru so I really can’t comment on the atmosphere in the building. But they were both incredibly friendly, didn’t rush me, and provided excellent service. I usually don’t expect the youth these days to be as professional and personable as when I grew up but these two were fantastic. Thank you! Oh, and the orange chicken and walnut shrimp were both done very well with excellent flavor and temperature. The fried rice seemed fresh and the crab rangoon was also hot with excellent crispness outside with a warm crab cheese center.

Ordered a family meal ahead of time in the app. Sat in drive through for at least 15 mins before I was asked to either pull around or come inside. Decided to come in & we sat for another 5 mins. Before being handed my food I asked if there were forks in the box. I was told “yeah” with an attitude. Got home & realized there were in fact no forks even though we requested them in the app &&&& in person. Highly disappointed in the treatment & service.

Kids here are careless. Ordered at the wrong location and went to cancel. Called 25 times no answer. 30 min pick up window given, was done in 5 minutes. Food cold when I picked up. Called while in the store and magically the manager told me to hold on to pick up the phone

Ive went here once before and it was pretty good tbh and then I went a 2nd time and I will say I did go like 20 minutes before they closed so it might be on me but they gave me expired broccoli and the beef doesn’t even look right it smells funky and I lost my appetite eating it 🙁

Food was awful. I had what was supposed to be teryaki chicken- no flavor whatsoever and the chicken itself was “icky birdie bits” Egg rolls were over done. Husband had Beijing beef, and was also disappointed-no flavor. Two thumbs down

I go here a lot, today 2/15 I stopped by while doing some deliveries and grabbed lo mein and chicken teriyaki plate. I finally get a chance to sit down and eat about an hour later. Add the teriyaki sauce and stir the noodles and THERE’S A LADY BUG UNDER ALL MY NOODLES. I tried to call and couldn’t get an answer. I paid 11 bucks for my lunch to not have bugs!

Good food for those of us on the run. The food is freshly made and the portions are decent. Clean dining area. Helpful and friendly staff. This area has many restaurant options but this establishment is definitely top 5. Also, I always think about Cedar Point when I come here!!!

Refused service cause they closed the kitchen down at 920pm and stopped cooking. When i order, i get 3 meals, one for now and two for later or the next day, since I’m a truck driver who drives at night and most places close… if you’re not going to serve, you might as well close at 9 or 8pm, since i saw 2 others drive up and then immediately leave without food.

Food was great, but my wife and I had our child with us and when she needed a diaper change there are no changing tables in either bathroom which is very disappointing and as far as I know it’s required in every bathroom in a store or restaurant. Just a helpful tip you should put one in each bathroom so the next person doesn’t have to change their child on the floor or next to the sink.
