Seems like a new location, staff are nice, restaurant is clean. Can’t go wrong with the stable of teriyaki chicken and some vegetables. Everyone was waiting on Raising Cane’s down the road so service was quick here.

Visited again after 3 years and tried my usual plate with chow mein, black pepper chicken and kung pao chicken. The food still tastes good though I wish the portion of the entrees were a bit more.

99% of the time our food is perfect, staff always polite and there’s hardly a wait if you order online.
The 1% just happened last night where they accidentally gave my wife the wrong pickup order and I was really looking forward to the food after work, she didn’t realize until MINUTES before they closed what happened, she called and explained & an employee in the background overheard the manager trying to help her figure out a new pickup time another day but reassured the manager that it was alright, they’d unpack the kitchen and make our order to make sure we got it.
Normally I wouldn’t even ask for that, I understand how grueling it can be to finish cleanup just for a last minute order remake but they went out of their way, the food was FRESH and PHENOMENAL, words cannot express how happy I was to have those hot containers in that go bag.
Accidents happen, and they absolutely didn’t have to do what they did for us, but the fact they did and the food was top tier as always really stood out and I had to write this review to THANK the Panda Express evening staff for making sure I got my food after my own nightmare work week
Important for customers to remember if you treat others with decency, respect and understanding it’ll go a lot further than demanding and faulting people for a minor inconvenience
The Rossford Panda Express continues to be my favorite restaurant, wonderful employees, incredible food, reasonable prices and the portions are awesome.
Thanks again so much, if I could tip everyone involved in handling this last night individually I would, almost made a grown man cry from the relief I felt

We have been at this restaurant before and it was great! However, the last 3-4 times were very disappointing. The serving size was very small, limited choices due to only 1 cook at 5-6pm. Bathrooms were a mess and the lemonade was lemon water. This establishment has gone down hill recently. Hope the owner can figure it out soon. We won’t be back anytime soon.

Not bad but not that good either. The store was very clean and the food looked fresh. Plenty of options to choose from. The chicken had more breading than meat. Little salty but not awful. My main issue is for about $6 to $7 more I can go to YaYa Kitchen and it’s home made and wayyyyy better. Not unhappy I went but I don’t see a return visit anytime soon.

Clean, delicious, and greatest staff. Made this review to give appreciation to Chee who helped us inside. It’s refreshing to feel that someone cares about there job in a genuine way (surely upsold me on the Panda Crafted).

I have come to the Panda Express for more than a year and Blade was the first person to give me a sample of a mago guava drink. I always thought those cups were full of sauces until this young man offered me the samples. They were awesome. I wound up getting the mango guava. This guy was so nice he even took our tray to the table. I hope Blade stays he’s really an asset to the company. Thank you Blade your service was appreciated by me and my son.

Got to my destination and found that they served my this. It’s 11:45 am so I am wondering if this is from a previous day since they have only recently opened. My child said his fried rice was overly dry too. Disappointed in this location as this is not the first time this has happened only the first time I am posting about it. – Waste of money. -Rachel
