Worst Panda location I ever been. Cashier is nice but there are no food in the middle of the day. And no staff is cooking either. Either mismanagement or they are lazy. Not like the travel center is busy either, so I don’t know why there are no food on the heater.
Teriyaki chicken has so much tendon for some reason and other items are extra oily.

They did not have too much selection at 6:30 at night. There’s a few people working there. I got the half noodle half rice plate with the honey walnut shrimp and the orange chicken. The noodles were cold. I sat down and eat right away and they smell like dishwater so I didn’t eat those. The honey on the shrimp was good and hot but the orange chicken was so spicy. I couldn’t even eat it. I don’t think they gave me the hot orange chicken but it sure tasted like it. I just ended up throwing it all in the garbage.

So I ordered a BIGGER PLATE and the server gets to my teriyaki chicken, right? She pulls out a chunk, chops it up, and starts scooping it into a container. She’s like 3/4 of the way through and just stops, closes the plate like she’s done, and tries to hand it off to the cashier. I’m like, “Uh, what about that last bit left?” and wow, they got super defensive! THEY GOT ALL PANDA MAFIA…on me They were even trying to convince me that my ‘Bigger portion’ was actually too big by showing me how big it was with their hand ✋. Like, this must happen to them a lot or something. Why all the drama over my chicken? It was already chopped and ready to go! Just kinda sad that this place got all bent outta shape over teriyaki chicken. Here’s a pic of my meal — seriously, where’s the problem?

Whoever ole dude that is making the food need to be trained again. Came though around 1pm went in and he had the whole rest area funky burning up everything. The noodles were over cooked and mushy. The orange chicken was drowning in sauce. The grill for the teriyaki chicken needed to be clean. No they weren’t not busy. I will try again when I come back through next week to see it’s usually not this bad. Had to throw the food out.

Employee was just ok, not overly pleasant but we looked past it and ordered. She obviously didn’t want to be at work which is way too common these days. They were out of Root Beer and didn’t care. I went back up to ask for salt. Response was the don’t even offer salt!!! But she said Burger King has it…so why would I go ask another business for a condiment that I didn’t order food from? Another thing I have experienced at another Panda is they don’t offer a plastic knife with the utensils. This is ridiculous. After the meal we noticed the receipt wasn’t in the bag. We go back up to register and I noticed the girl was throwing them in the trash as soon as they printed out. I ask for a copy of mine and she says she can’t pull it up without knowing the amount. We’ll if had my receipt I could tell you, but since I don’t have it how can I tell you. I asked to speak to the manager and she claims to be one, so I ask for her manager. Another lady comes to the register and looks through several orders on the computer and finally finds ours. I mentioned that to solve this problem you should just put them in the customer’s bag as soon as it prints instead of in the trash. She asked why I didn’t ask for my receipt….well I thought she put it in my bag and it’s not my responsibility to ask for a receipt….it’s part of your job to provide it after I pay. It’s really not that difficult to provide decent customer service but this place really lacks it. Honestly if we had looked at the reviews before ordering we never would have even wasted our time. Panda Express, please take head to these reviews and improve this location because there are several other food options at this service plaza.

They charged me 2 extra dollars for sirloin, so total was 16.98 for a 2 entree platter. I stop frequently at Pandas express and never got charged extra. Panda Express should investigate this

The quality is not as good as a typical Panda Express. The cucumbers in the Gong Pao chicken was not very fresh.

This location has problems. Every time I stop they are missing something. Today super greens were not ready, orange chicken was not ready.
Another issue is they’ve never heard of portion control. They overfill bigger plate with rice and put little meat. While you ask to pack separately meat and rice it’s against their policy. I even offered to pay extra for a box.
Most shameful and unprofessional location. Today I refused to take order and will never stop by there again.
Absolutely not recommended location!

I just paid $20 for a single Panda Express Bigger Plate, something that usually costs $10–$14 ish nationwide. Even with tax, the price is absurd and inflated for the amount of food you get. Just Check your receipt after paying.

You can get frozen Chinese food at the store! The Beijing Beef was tougher than beef jerky while the peppered chicken was mostly fatty and soft.
The chow mein was extremely dry.
I definitely will not be back.
