Yesterday was the 1st time we’ve visited a Panda Express. We ordered through the drive-thru. The prices were clear & the menu was easy to ready. HOWEVER….the price for a la carte chicken prices was over the top in my opinion. We purchased Orange Chicken a la carte….for a small order it was $4+….since me & my daughter was sharing I got the MEDIUM size that was $8+. For that price I was expecting a nice size carton of chicken. ** See photo** A slap in the face at the SIZE of that $8 box of chicken! I can say that the chicken tasted better than mall chicken at other Oriental food restaurants. The chicken tasted like chicken & not sawdust! It didn’t weigh heavy in the stomach nor did it make us hit the toilet soon after eating it. That’s a plus! I was not a fan of the Rangoons. Maybe because Speakeasy Ramen in Springfield has spoiled me! ♀️ I didn’t eat the Vegetable Spring Rolls (they were for my daughter) but I saw inside of a bitten one…it could be stuffed with more vegetables in my opinion. Although I liked the chicken….the high price of it would make me think twice about going there again. But if YOU decide to go……ENJOY!

I always come to this location and the food is always good. The staff is nice and the restaurant is pretty clean. On some occasions they will not have certain food items and there will be like a 15 min wait which is the reason for the 4 stars.

The service is SO BAD here. Tons of employees, seemingly all focused on online orders. 1 person to deal with front of house. Total disaster. The drive thru wasn’t moving so we went inside to carryout, took probably 20 minutes, when we left the cars in the drive thru still hadn’t moved. It’s pre made food sitting in warmers, how can it possibly take so long?!? To add insult to injury, the food isn’t great, you’re much better of going to a local Chinese place (there’s a few on Hilliard Rome).

Please be informed that the closing hours for Google’s DRIVE-thru differ from those for dining in. If you plan to eat inside, anticipate that it will close 30 minutes earlier. I have included a photograph to illustrate this distinction. We arrived around 9:30 PM, and none of the food items were correctly labeled; only fried rice, chow mein, and a few meat options were available. The staff did not inform us that additional food was being prepared and that our orders could be fulfilled if we were willing to wait. Instead, they appeared indifferent, simply waiting for us to place our orders despite the limited selection, most of which included premium items with a $1.50 surcharge. The lack of proper labeling forced us to repeatedly inquire about the food options. Consequently, we found ourselves awkwardly waiting in line for 30 minutes, as they did not take our names and we had to wait for the unavailable meats to be cooked before we could pay. Given that this is a fast food establishment, I was taken aback by the limited choices available at 9:30 PM. Had we known we would experience such a lengthy wait at a fast food venue, we would have opted for a sit-down restaurant instead. The overall experience was quite disorganized.

Great food still need Mello yellow got tea instead. Update June 16 2023 Great news they added Mello Yello in 20 oz bottles, but unfortunately not in fountain drink form. At least it’s a start.

Ahlem cant multitask well. The drive through was backed up for no reason. The cars left the drive through in front of me and it took 3 more min after a 15 min wait to get my order in.

I came to this great Panda Express during dinner time. There were long lines both inside and drive-thru outside. They did a great job with efficient and fast service. My server was friendly and helpful. Their food tasted great with high quality. Walnuts shrimp, Kung Pao and sweet fire chicken with half noodle and half rice are always my favorites. The dining room was clean. WiFi was not available.
