Should have known not to come here. Sat in the drive through 6 minutes and pulled off my boyfriend really wanted it so he can back! We ordered the bigger plate and 2 chow mein noodles ,we did not receive the third meat which was teriyaki. I’ve literally been calling the store for 20 minutes now and no one will answer. I don’t stay far but it’s a huge inconvenience having to drive all the way back to the site. When I can just call them and provide them with my information. They know they didn’t give me the box with the teriyaki. Moral of the story everyone check your orders or you will over pay and be short your meal.

My Panda Express account was hacked an order was placed at this store totaling $61.55. I live in TX so I couldn’t go there. I called multiple times for almost an hour to cancel the order before it got delivered to the thief this evening. There’s nothing more I hate than a thief. Of course no one answered! Voicemail isn’t set up so I couldn’t even leave a message. Frustrated all of it could have been avoided had they answered. I will be filing fraud charges with my bank.

Must have had a bad/old serving of sesame chicken because it made get sick for 24 hours after eating here. The only other thing I ate before eating here was a bagel I prepared at home. I used to like Panda Express but I should have never stopped by at 9pm. The chicken had to be bad, or the rice that came with it. However, I watched as they made the rice, it was freshly prepared. It had to be the Sesame Chicken. I used my birthday gift to get a side serving as well. Not a great Bday present.

The chow mein was just spaghetti, more like lo mein. Veggies were good and fresh but the 2 entrees were mushy and undercooked. It didn’t seem like it had been sitting out a long time, but nothing was cooked properly.

This joint on point foreal. It’s good, fast, and affordable. The service is cool too. They let you sample stuff which is cool because the food choices have a wide range. Everything is made fresh from fresh ingredients prior to being put on the heating trays. They cycle through ingredients quite quickly so every dish is warm enough to not need heating trays. The food and sauces are darn good and you can try something different eve if you go frequently.

Extremely disappointing experience. I asked if fresh orange chicken would be coming out soon, as the batch sitting out looked visibly dry. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, the employee responded with clear attitude and proceeded to retrieve a fresh pot from the back — only to dump the old, dried-out chicken into it. She then attempted to serve from that mixture, as if I wouldn’t notice.
When I declined and said I was no longer interested, she appeared confused and dismissive, showing no regard for customer service or basic courtesy. The lack of professionalism was honestly shocking.
If this is the standard they’re comfortable with, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Do better.
