I cannot rave enough, I had ordered at a different location and they thought making my food 40 min in advance was ok… needless to say I canceled there. Called Circlevilles location to see if they could do my order (fairly good sized order) I know I could’ve just done it but I didn’t want to put them out. The manager on duty was AMAZING. He apologized for the other location, then asked my order and immediately said oh thats fine. Food was made quickly and fresh. Not one complaint from ANY of the workers. Those who worked tonight (3/3/2026) deserve some extra because they saved my families dinner with a smile and showed what real customer service is.

My husband and I both received cold, mostly raw, unseasoned vegetables. I got super greens and the cabbage and broccoli were cold and barely cooked with no seasoning or anything. My husband had raw broccoli and onion in his food.

A shame I couldn’t give this place 0 stars. The past 3 times we’ve ordered take out here something has always been wrong. This time will be the last! Food was mismatched, under cooked and had sit so long it was cold. When I called to speak with the manager was given nearly every BS excuse they could come up with. Then offered a free plate of food to make up for the $50 order of ruined food I wouldn’t feed my dogs. I understand that it’s getting hard to find good help nowadays but this ridiculous.

This place used to be great. Now they get your order wrong half the time. There’s rarely any chicken in their mushroom chicken. Today, they only gave me half my drive-thru order.

The order clearly states veggie spring rolls, yet an hour and a half after placing the order, I still didn’t get them. Tried to call the restaurant, only to find nobody can answer the phone. Also, requested chop sticks, didn’t get those either. The food is almost ice cold by the time it got here because the Grubhub driver lives 30 miles away…. this is by far the WORST experience I’ve had dealing with a Panda Express.

Our first time ever at a Panda Express so we weren’t sure what to expect. The prices are reasonable and the service was good. Some of the food was great (kung pao chicken, orange chicken) and some of it wasn’t (rice, chow mein, spring rolls). Doubt we will be back.
