We order 2 bowls that should be only $8.50 each, and drinks, and found additional charge $1.50
I went to check what this charge was about and got served by manager of this location
Not sure how to call this lady… but not able even call her lady ether.
at first she approach to me in very agressive way and on my question about charge she respond “you order shimps and this is additional charge on shrips”
When I pointed to her that on her wall it clearly say bowl $8.50 she start scream at me, and walk me to the front and almost put my face into the “additional price” sticker
This manager was rude, very short and very unpolite.
When she saw me taking pictures and trying type some review she suddenly start being very polite and friendly
I will not recomend anyone go to that location
food was good, store is clean, and stuff being very friendly and polite, but manger cross all this
From a fellow leader of people, here’s a *teachable moment* for you, Angela: this was inappropriate. Look, I’ve been there – you know the procedure and you know they know the procedure and it can be frustrating. You can guide your team’s behaviors without shame, embarrassment, and condescension. And, certainly, don’t put it display in front of your customers. You took food from my friend’s sealed container. Every single person lost something in this interaction.
Next time this happens, lean in, remind them of the correct behavior in a way that preserves dignity and customer service, and forget the 2 shrimp.
I was going to let this go, but, this was my fortune from the meal. Who am I to ignore a wise cookie?
