I usually don’t give 1 star, but unfortunately, I had to. I ordered a bigger plate of chow mein and orange chicken online. When I opened the container, it barely had any noodles; it was mostly veggies. I don’t mind the veggies, but there were no noodles just veggies. If i wanted only veggies i would have ordered a salad. And it’s not even full.

Picked up my online catering order here. Perfect punctuality – my pickup time is 11:15 am and everything is ready at 11:05. Staffs are super hospitable and helpful. They even helped to load the food to the car. Big thanks to the sweet and nice staffs working there!

I haven’t been to panda express in about 3 years. Their food has never been top. But this was disgusting. The rice is dry. Every single piece of teriyaki chicken has huge fat blobs on it. Also didn’t give me teriyaki sauce. (They forgot it Three ears ago too.) I would avoid this place.

I ordered the string bean chicken breast with chow main- There was three pieces of chicken in the bowl… And the chicken that was in the bowl was dry… I usually don’t leave a review on a place after one bad experience, but this place continues to disappoint me.

Got a kids meal today not too long ago, asked for rice and noodles and beef and broccoli, they gave my child 2 pieces of meat and all that broccoli. The portion is more broccoli than meat. It should be even portions. Not satisfied at all.

It was 9:10pm when I tried going inside to order with 2 other customers in front of me and the doors were closed. Schedule said the store closes at 10pm. So I went to the drive thru to place my order. The order taker was nice but was unwilling to place in my order (kung pao ch) that they have ran out of. I asked them if they could cook another batch #1 (half pan) and they said they were out. They had another 45 minutes before closing time. Looking through the windows, they had at least 5 FOH and 2 BOH, they had the chairs up on the tables and started to clean up. I bought 3 two entree plates where all of them had chow mein in them, spent over $30. When I got home, opened the boxes and to my surprise, there were only half portion of the chow mein that they normally served in all of the plates, 5% noodles and 95% cabbage. I feel like I got ripped off for the amount of money that I spent there.
I am very disappointed about tonight’s dinner!!! Do better and remember your mission statement: “Deliver exceptional dinning experience…”

Grabbed a quick meal from Panda Express and it was super good! The Orange Chicken was crispy and flavorful, with the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. The fried rice was fresh, and the portions were generous. Everything was hot and served fast, and the staff was friendly too. Great spot for a tasty and satisfying meal on the go!
