Thank you to the manager and team. My teen daughter got a $25 gift card for Christmas and was browsing the menu and accidentally placed an order for 10 or 11am pick up when they open the proceeding morning. These folks helped us sort it out and replaced her order exactly and we went down and got it for her. Very understanding. Good food always fresh.

I was just blown away this evening by how amazing the drive-through worker was. She took my order which was three different things, got it correct the first time around when she reinstated what I was getting, then by the time I got around to the window, I thought I would be there a couple minutes while they get the food since it was quite a bit. She had all of the food in the bag ready to go before I even got my card out at the window.
Then she asked, are you on your way home? And remind me the food was hot and fresh. This is amazing customer service, whoever she is needs to be recognized and rewarded- it was the lady working the drive through the night I write this!!

This is the best Chinese food that you can get in a hurry. The service was great and the restaurant was very clean. Our favorites are the orange chicken, Beijing beef, and the Shanghai steak. The shrimp is really awesome too. The steak is like $1.25 extra for the plate if you order it as an entree, but it’s definitely worth it. If you haven’t tried Panda Express then you definitely need to!!!

I hope I’m not the only one noticed that lately their noodles has a lot of cabbage in it. If you won’t say nothing they can give you all cabbage with few noodles in it. I went there today and they cut portions off. I feel like I got half of noodles than they used to fill. I’m really disappointed.

Went here yesterday at around noon and ordered Beijing beef and chow mein noodles. The Beijing beef was so dry and burnt that it resembled beef jerky. I’m not sure if it was leftover from the day before or if they overcooked it and still served it to customers. The noodles were dry and not fresh, which is strange because we went there not long after they had opened. We should have asked for it to be remade but we had a busy day. If you’re going to charge $9 for a bowl, at least make the food fresh. And if it’s burnt, you need to make a new batch instead of serving it to customers. I love Panda, but the customer service and quality needs major improvement. I left a bad review a couple years ago and not one response from management either.

Ran through DT for my occasional honey walnut shrimp craving… please don’t charge a $1.25 extra for this entree when my serving looks like this… all cabbage, no thanks

Was waited on by Joy. What the exact opposite of her name. She rushed through through getting my order then after I was rang up she bolted away before I could ask for condiments. Then I stood there waited for her to complete the next order. I asked her for soy sauce and she gave me a nasty look and handed them to me. Everyone has a bad day so I only took off 1 star for that.
The atmosphere I would have given negative points if I could. One of the employees was having their ears pierced or some other facial cosmetics done at one of the tables near me. I don’t think this would be considered sanitary and may be frowned upon by the health department. Not to mention how it looks to customers.
