Of course we were em greeted when we walked in…. The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was good. We were there around 5ish and the food was fresh and tasty.

Beware if you order online. Multiple times they did not have the items I ordered, waited until pickup time to say something, and then pushed substitutions instead of fixing the issue properly. On top of that, my order was missing condiments that should come with the meal. When the mistake is clearly on their end, they don’t offer anything complimentary — no refund, no credit, nothing.
I really wish more places operated like Chick-fil-A, where systems are organized, standards matter, and food is prepared fresh. When people spend their hard-earned money, they deserve fresh food, not something they have to go home and put in the microwave.
Honestly, this location needs new management and a brand-new staff — a clean slate going into 2026. It would be great to see this year start off better for this location. Stop hiring people who clearly hate working there and take it out on customers. That attitude only makes the customer experience worse, and it shows.

This place was awesome. This is literally only the 2nd time I’ve ever eaten Panda Express. The woman who helped us was very friendly with a great smile. She was very patient with me and my boys, even though they couldn’t quite decide right away what they wanted. We even got a fresh batch of orange chicken. I’ll be coming back…. the price was worth it.

Very disappointed. We arrived at 7:45 and Panda Express closes at 8:30. We were informed by a very rude waitress that the only menu item available was mushroom chicken. We did not want mushroom chicken; she told us to leave if that’s not what we wanted, sorry about our luck. Very disappointed the full menu or a lot more than one entree item was available a full 45 minutes before closing time 🙁

I ordered the family meal deal for the first time online. It was ready right on time and I went through the drive-thur where a friendly young man handed me my order. When I opened the order when I got home , it was perfect!

Went at what I thought would be peak dinner time at 6:45. Ordered 3 entrees. 15 minutes later I was informed my order would take at least 8 to 10minutes more since they were ‘out’ of an ordered item. By the time I left the restaurant at 7:20 I was left frustrated and with cold food. Always gotten good service at this location. Disappointing they dropped the ball. I won’t be returning.

As someone mentioned previously- the drive thru was awful but tonight was the worst. Employee failed to guide the front car who might had a dish under preparation to park in other spot to wait and made all of other cars had to jammed in the drive thru lane. Really hope the management team can see this and get better.

Stopped in at 9 PM. Almost everything was empty not very friendly at all. Service seemed like they’re worried about cleaning and closing versus taking care of the guest with some fresh food. They did offer to make something but never took my order. Didn’t know what I needed so I left
It’s hard finding good guests to come in I love panda express but I know better than to come in at 9 o’clock at night. It seems it’s pretty consistent across the board. There’s a couple that I go to here and there are my travels that are on their game and that’s why they’re busy from 9 to 10 PM cause their food is fresh and they’re always full of food or at least have food when you walked in. I don’t mind having it cooked order when you have an hour to go it’s probably a smart idea to have some of the main staples.
