They were obviously short staffed, but given the circumstance the workers were very nice and were handling all of the orders well. They were regularly putting out hot, fresh food that was delicious. I will say that some of the food that wasn’t on demand as much as the others (chow mein, fried rice…) was kind of dry. Overall, definitely not a bad experience and I will be returning!!

Food is always perfect, but whether or not theres 20 people there or none, they WILL either completely forget youve been waiting there for your food for 30 minutes after it was already done, or just sit there and not do their job while im the only one trying to order and the restaurant is empty. Ive been made to pull around front and wait for 45 whole minutes just to get one plate of food. They had to come asking me what I was waiting on 4 times before they brought it.

Never had Panda Express but this was an amazing first time experience. Staff greeted me and my family. They were very accommodating to my disabled mother which I appreciated so much. Food was hot & fresh and the place was clean! Prices fair! We had a great time. Kudos to this staff 09/ 07/2025

I have never had any apathy about Panda Express until I came here. This looks like another typical Panda joint. Clean enough. However the staffs are not efficient to serve. We ordered Teriyaki chicken which was finished. They told us to wait 7-8 min, and we agreed. We were waiting for ages, until it arrived almost burnt! We asked for a cup of water, which they forgot. And last but not the least, they were all serving without the serving gloves! Yuk! I don’t wanna go back.

Chow mein/ Lo Mein was very very dry. They had just opened and everything was cold… including the chicken! This was my first time stopping at this location. I had to wait 10 minutes before ordering. Won’t be going back.

Great food. Great attitude. Great clean atmosphere. Shout out to the young man who cooks the food. Shout out to the cashier for being so polite and shout out to the young lady working the drive thru. All of you kept calm despite the lunch rush and kept the line moving…. I love dedicated young people working together.

I had a very upsetting experience at this Panda Express in Starkville. Before even entering, while I was briefly standing in the parking lot talking on the phone with my husband, an employee approached me in a very rude and accusatory way. He implied I was “checking cars” and inspected his vehicle in front of me as if I had done something wrong even though I had only stood there for a few seconds without touching or looking inside anyone’s car.
When I went inside and explained what had happened, instead of addressing the unprofessional behavior, I was questioned about whether I live here and “might not know the law.” This felt extremely inappropriate and carried a discriminatory tone.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect. No one should feel harassed, falsely accused, or singled out based on assumptions. I truly hope management takes this seriously, because this type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the brand.

The food in there was horrible, I ordered chicken and got pork and I almost vomited. The dried rice was very bland, the lobby was sticky, I will never go in there again.
