They accept online orders immediately so that it tells you that you’re next. Then they “complete” them all at the same time so it says it’s ready way before it actually is. My order took 45 min while they served probably 40 people that were in the actual line.

I’ve ordered delivery twice from Panda Express (thru GrubHub), and they have missed an item both times. First, my broccoli beef entrée, now my Sprite. I don’t have confidence that they can fulfill a delivery order properly.

The ladies at panda give next level service. They are always so quick and so polite and kind hearted. I went to panda and the way they talk to you just feels like they really care about their customers. Furthmore the food is always hot and fresh and tastes better than any panda I have ever been to. Overall the food is fine / okay and the portion sizes are also fine. Oftentimes, I find the noodles to be quite dry. While I understand the fact that it’s a university location, the quality of the food and service needs to go up. It’s also unfortunate that the location is often out of popular items.

The chicken had a lot of bunt chunks, the worst I’ve had from PE.
You need to ask for a receipt or they wont give you one.
There was no line at 11am.
The employees don’t look happy to be there.
I wont go back to this location.
