First time at this location. Helpful staff. Quick service after I ordered and it came out fresh (super greens). Not too busy, I enjoyed my lunch.

The food here is not very good. The staff however was good. my complaint with the food though is specifically the lo mein noodles and the kung pao chicken. The lo mein tasted cheap and much like flour, and the main kung pao chicken dish is 60% peanuts. They serve this because it gives off the illusion of decent “authentic” chinese food, but in reality they add insane amounts of peanuts to supplement the weight of the actual chicken to cut costs and serve you garbage hoping you wont notice. the ratio was basically 60% peanuts, 20% vegetables, and 20% chicken in my “kung pao chicken”. I basically paid $12 for a snack i could have gotten at the gas station for $0.85. If you want chinese you’re better off picking any other place in town, or at least salvaging your self respect and just buying some frozen tai pei from walmart.

Destiny is one of the best associates around here given always the best service and I’m very happy to still see her here. It’s what brings me to come back and have a smile on my face for the rest of the day super clean here. Food is super hot with amazing taste. Would 100% recommend coming here if not for the food then the service.

we call it Kung Fu Panda! We enjoy getting the 12 cream cheese ragoons, orange chicken with chow mein, and kung pao chicken with chow mein. Last visit I bought the little panda plush as a gift. Glad we do not have to drive to Johnson City every time we want some Panda now!! A++

Fast drive though even with a long line. Good food that was hot and seemingly fresh. Happy to have them in Greeneville!

I was nearby and decided to go to Panda Express in Greeneville to get lunch. I got the plate with Broccoli Beef, Orange Chicken and chow mein. I had to run a couple of errands so it was about 30 minutes before I got home to eat. The food was still warm and was quite delicious. Everything tasted fresh and not overcooked. The lady in the drive thru was super friendly and my order was exactly correct. Great experience and I will go back.

Great staff, clean restaurant and huge portions for cheap. Reading the comments about the drive through wait time. First the restaurant had just opened and second, if there’s 10 cars in front of you, and each order takes 3 minutes, it will take 30 minutes. Don’t be so lazy, go inside, there’s usually no wait. People always complaining. Yes, you have to ask for sauces, pretty standard.

Not sure what was going on Saturday, but we have a feeling something just wasn’t right me and my girlfriend both ain’t there. The only thing we got that was the same was the white rice and egg roll and we were sick all night long as if we’ve gotten a case of food poisoning or bad food.
Maybe this was an isolated incident, but I’ll never be able to eat at any panda express again ever and neither will she just thought I would share the review. Maybe somebody will read this and they won’t be sick for 24 hours after eating there
And like the other review says you didn’t get a lot for your money like all the other patrons were talking about, but thank God we didn’t get any more if the amount of sickness was the amount of food we would be dead right now

First timers. Friendly workers. Very clean. Food looked very good and we got plenty. Hubby was a fan of the food, me not so much. Just my taste. My daughter lives their food. I think she orders it every week.

I had never had the Orange Chicken before, so I gave it a try.
Mediocre and not worth the price. The vegetable spring rolls were OK. I doubt that I will ever go back.
