Had a bad experience here tonight. We made an online order to be picked up. Then our son had a migraine after a long day driving down from Michigan, so we decided to get him first to the hotel.

We called Panda Express to request a 15 minute adjustment to the pickup time. They argued with my wife on the phone and said we’d have to come in before they made our order.

When I arrived, the order was not ready, and even though there was no one else in line, it still took over 15 minutes longer after I came in for them to cook the chicken. The woman who argued with my wife on the phone argued to me. The manager, who I believe was named Yoselin, came over and offered nothing to help. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked if they delay and mistake could be remedied, and she said no. I suggested she’d rather have a one star review on Google and she nodded yes.

I will note a third woman at the counter understood what had happened and was trying to help, but it was the manager who stopped her from assisting and the manager had a bad attitude and didn’t care.

This place started as the best Panda Express in the area. It only took a few months for it to go completely downhill. The people running night shift are completely incompetent. If you are looking to waste 30 minutes of your life waiting for food this is your new favorite spot.

Worst place ever I’ve been going to panda my whole entire life and I’ve never had to wait that long. I was in the drive-through for 17 minutes. I even called into the store and said no one has moved. None of these peoples foods ready like what’s happening like this is ridiculous. Never ever have I ever waited that long for food, highly recommend you don’t go to this location because this is very close to making me part ways panda but it’s not pandas it’s the location so don’t come here and huge reminder to myself to read reviews I didn’t think I had to, but you truly do it’s not just the company it’s the location that matters east ridge all thumbs down and then at the ordering window I asked for veggie rolls and stated that I want sweet-and-sour sauce, then get to the window to pay she says do you want any sauces and I said yes, sweet-and-sour to then get my bag with no sweet-and-sour I honked they took the time to open the window again, and I said can I have the sweet-and-sour they ask for twice already so rude don’t come here don’t come here

We came threw the drive thru, ordered 3 plates, one with 2 sides and 2 with three sides, we get home and the white rice is uncooked and the food is luke warm. I call your store to let the employees know the rice is raw. A young gal answers and says we can give you 3 medium white rices the next time you come by. I dont want 3 free rices. I want you all to make sure your rice is cooked. This is not the first time we’ve gotten uncooked rice.

They have very young people working in this location that obviously do not get trained.I went in and they were out of everything,I mean all bowls were empty. Fine we will wait the 15 minutes quoted. However we wanted steamed rice and were told they were out and aren’t making any because it is a slow shift . Managers phone has no voicemail set up. Poorly run restaurant.

Absolutely the worst customer service EVER!! Walked in to everyone “busy” one employee was “on break” … took 3-4 minutes before anyone even decided to come and take my one single person order. I asked “what’s wrong with them” rep stated ohh everyone is getting ready for closing. I asked what time do yall close she stated “a hour and a half from now”. Cleaning a bit early I’d say. Gave me the smallest scoops ever I guess because I called her out but I don’t care. This panda needs to fire the entire staff every last one of them are rude and could care less about any off the customers that choose so come to thier establishment to help pay for thier checks. HATE THIS PLACE IVE GIVEN THEM TOO MANY CHANCES! I live I. The area and its convenient but I’ll drive where me, my family and money is appreciated:

I would just like to give an absolute rave. Review and a huge shout out to the manager. Robert not only was the food very good, but the night that I went in to get dinner. I was a little bit down on my finances, and I decided to buy a bigger plate and they happened to accidentally forget one of my entrees, because I got a side of rice with it. And it really was a very honest and simple mistake. So I called back, and they told me that I could go in tomorrow and ask for Robert and to my surprise and joy, Robert, not only blessed me with a full remake. Of my food and the entree that was missing.But he did great with his customer service.As well. As a father of a young child who was starting to worry about feeding his son for the next week.Until payday, this was a huge blessing. I said a long prayer for robert and his family in the parking lot before I left God bless you

Food is okay but if you want to place a pickup order be prepared for it to never be on time or your food to be sitting there a long time before they Acknowledge that you’re even there for it. My husband set for 25 minutes with them saying it’s not ready just for it to have been sitting the entire time. They need to get it together
