Ordered 3 proteins, walnut shrimp, Beijing Beef, and orange Chicken along with the noodles. Ordered through the app and it was very disappointing. Only had three shrimp and noodles were chopped up and cold. The Beijing Beef came in a little box that provided very little Beef. I also had Chicken egg rolls that were completely disgusting over cooked and very bad tasting. I work on the road and Panda is a place I usually can depend on but not this one in Cleveland Tennessee.

Got my order today, ( I ordered extra plate with fried rice and three entrees) brought it home and was very disappointed when I opened the box, there was barely any rice , it looked like as if half of it was eaten . Is this the new portion or the server just wanted to cut my order in half? Never had this happen to me before.

Complete garbage , one of the best parts of beef and broccoli is the sauce as you can see there is NO sauce on this. I should have known better in giving this place a 2nd chance. I will never go back 10 dollars for a bland dry lunch

I’ve had two orders messed up in the span of a week. Usually very quick service through the drive through, but I’d rather them be slower and get the orders correct. All that aside the staff have been friendly. *EDITED* to add that this last trip is the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had in my life. I will never go back to this Panda Express. My food was a soggy disgusting mush. And the portions were way under par for the norm

Got a delicious meal from here in the drive through. But, it wasn’t the plate of teriyaki chicken and fried rice that I ordered. I didn’t check it in the drive through as I was in a hurry, so I was disappointed to not get what I actually wanted. I would suggest that the restaurant looks into how staffed they are as I was at the window for a while before service and being short staffed might have lead to that oversight.

Close to I-75 with easy access including drive thru. Plenty of seating inside and same pseudo-buffet ordering process. Food prep is formulaic so you’ll get the same flavors you’ve had elsewhere if you’ve eaten at the chain. For the newcomer, plenty of choices that’ll satisfy most picky plates. Picky’s Recommendation: if you want a quick meal that’s not burgers and fries this’ll do the trick. And if you like Coke, give the bottled Coke with real sugar. Tastes better I think. One complaint: dined in and they gave me a bag even though I said 3 times I didn’t want one to done in. What a waste–literally.

Never tried Panda Express before. It was good. Got served fairly quickly, but stood in line for a long time just to pay. An employee was holding up the line. Food had good flavor. The fried rice was not the best. I ordered orange chicken and Beijing Beef. Would prob have that again, just with white rice.

This last time I went it was about 5 minutes after opening and it was actually SO delicious and tasted fresh! I have been so disappointed with this place so many times because if you don’t get there soon after opening the rice is awful, breaks up and looks cakey and takes dry. I keep going back tho because other options aren’t much better and this location is very convenient for me with easy access to the lot, tons of parking and usually not much of a line in the drive-thru. I always order the same dish, sweet fire chicken with rice and it’s always different I sometimes get pineapple but always get peppers, sometimes a lot and sometimes just a couple. The sweet and spicy flavor is addicting
